Services
Brian Andrews, owner of Inspections Plus, has a diverse background in the residential real estate industry that gives him an advantage over other inspectors. He has been an investor and manager of rental income properties since 2001, and owns several Connecticut rental properties. Brian also has broad experience as a licensed contractor doing major renovation work to existing housing, as well as construction of new homes.
Our reports feature a Repair Request Document generator for our agent partners. This helps agents quickly grab the language to copy/paste into their document to ask for repairs or concessions. If you want a thorough, thoughtful, and insightful inspection in every way, Brian is your guy. Not only did he spend 2 and a half hours (or longer) on our house with a partner, he wrote up a comprehensive inspection report with videos that night. He really cares about this work and tells it how it is while being realistic. I would recommend him to anyone buying a house who wants to learn everything about it, inside and out.

We found Inspection Plus through an online search. Although we read about the company and looked at the sample report, we were still pleasantly surprised when we received a thorough, professional visit and report in less than 10 hours. Brian explained his findings in a matter of fact manner and answered any questions we had. Even after receiving the report, Brian was available to clarify anything that we had questions about. We will happily be passing on Inspection Plus’ name to anyone we know is looking for an inspection.

We needed a home and septic inspection so we decided to go with Inspections Plus. Brian and Mike were very patient and thorough. Brian took the time to explain everything in detail and he answered all our questions. They went over every inch of the house, top to bottom, inside and out. Not only does he provide you with a detailed report, including pictures and video, but he gave great advice. I highly recommend.

In a first time home buyer and this was my first inspection, Bryan was patient and explained the process and went over everything in easy to understand terms. I was surprised at how detailed and thorough his report was and it included videos and pictures that will make it easy to fix anything in the future and even includes links to find professionals for certain jobs. I have no clue if it is a good price or not, I didn’t do any shopping around for comps due to time constraints. I was not shocked by the quote and would gladly pay for the service again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
