Jeremy and Above Grade Home Inspections was an excellent choice for our recent home inspection. Knowing it was our first home purchase, Jeremy walked us through in detail everything about the home and how it functions. He and Connie were extrememly responsive when we requested an initial quote and then booking the service. We received our detailed report less than 24 hours after the inspection. Fabulous service start to finish. I reached out to Above Grade as soon as Seller agreed to our offer. We were on a tight time line and Connie Eastman let me know that if I had flexibility she would notify me of any cancellations. The next day we were able to schedule an inspection with Jeremy that met our time-frame.
