Centurion Home Inspections, Inc. was formed in 1980 in response to the consumer need for a company that would look out for their interests. This includes both buyers and sellers of existing properties as well as those consumers having new buildings constructed or additions put on existing buildings.
We are your advocate and work only for you. Our purpose is to ensure that you have as much information as possible, to allow you to make and informed decision on your purchase, sale or construction. All inspections meet or exceed the ASHI Standards of Practice. Full narrative, written reports are rendered on all inspections.

In addition to the Home Inspection that meets ASHI and the applicable State Standards, Centurion offers additional testing services that are outside the scope of a visual home inspection. All testing is provided as a premium service and/or by indendent companies that are specialists in their respective field and at addtional cost, except where noted.

This is the WORST company around. I wish I could give negative starts. Victor Jr. is your classic works for daddy’s company employee. He is the rudest, crudest, and most inconsiderate person walking. He argues with you and tries to explain why he’s right and you are wrong in your own residence. Left the oven on, never turned the water back on after inspecting the washer, and left a complete mess of debris on the floor near the crawl space. He refused to put shoe covers on his feet and said he never does during his inspections. After Victor Jr. left the inspection I had to clean up for an hour
