We hired XceedIT for our small office transition from SBS 2011 to Enterprise 2016 and Office 365. Michael, Matthew, and Roby provided top class service. They are prompt and courteous and have good understanding of intricacies of office network and email setups. Even though our office is not that big, we feel they pay same attention to us as any other big client. Highly recommend them for office network setups etc.

We have been using XceedIT for about a year now, mostly as an Office 365 reseller and infrequent Microsoft tech support. Recently, they helped us with a server migration from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Server 2019. I stood up the base system, then Matthew migrated the different roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, NFS) without us even noticing.
There was clear communication on the scope of the project, success criteria, and timeline. They came in right under the projected hours, which is a testament to their grasp of the project work. Michael and team are always friendly, eager to help, and provide quality

Michael Bishop is amazing! I was having an on-going issue that kept popping up after hours that was keeping me from meeting a deadline and I was pretty frustrated. I assumed that I would be waiting to get a call back during business hours, but he called me back right away and helped fix my issue quickly, allowing me to get back to work and meet my deadlines. And he was incredibly patient and kind about my frustration with the situation. No matter the issue, he is always a pleasure to work with. He works diligently to solve the problem and always puts the client at ease.

We hired Xceed IT, Inc. for our Office 365 Migration and it was the best choice we could have made!
