Apple Mac computer training: Neil's prompt service and vast knowledge of computers has been a godsend. At this point I can't imagine life without him! Computer issue troubleshooting: Excellent response to issues dealing with the home computer. All problems were solved and his explanations were easily understood.
Wireless Internet connection problem: Neil got our wireless router and modem going again that Time Warner and TP Link help desks had struggled with. We will definitely use the TheONbutton again should problems arise. PC and Mac, Network, Smartphone, Audiovisual and HIPAA Technology Services at home and at work in Durham, Chapel Hill and Raleigh NC.

Neil was tremendously helpful in resolving persistent IT networking issues at our organization's (the North Carolina Coalition to End Homelessness) Raleigh office. He worked efficiently but also carefully, and he was good at explaining what had happened so that I might be able to better identify similar issues in the future. An amazing self-proprietor, Neil installs, manages, organizes and ensures computers, peripherals, laptops, cell phones and other electronic systems work well and work smoothly together. I would give Neil Berman 10 stars if I could. He is down-to-earth, soft spoken and calm, friendly and concise. He does not waste a second of time and despite being very busy (due to success) he still manages to find time to help us out. He listens to you describe the problem, quickly decides how to proceed and does so with such ease it feels like he was born understanding technology. His knowledge appears to be limitless. Neil just saved me again!
No less than seven nasty malware programs downloaded onto my computer. Bad news! If I don't have a working computer, I can't work and can't earn money. Neil came in bright and early this morning and took care of it. My computer is as good as new. I can get back to work. All is well.
