These guys are so difficult to work with. Their customer service is terrible. They don't respond to requests. I had to find another company to fix my windshield. I only tried them because they were recommended by my insurance company. Mistake. You're much better off with Safelite. I'll file a complaint with my insurance as well.

We filed an insurance claim for our broken windshield to be done at another glass company. After several days of unsuccessfully trying to connect with the other company I finally gave up and called Great Price, based on the good Yelp reviews. They answered the phone, immediately called our insurance to transfer the claim, ordered the windshield, and installed it all on the same same day! Excellent service and highly recommended!

Three cars this week.
Our Ford Fusion Monday, Dodge Ram Wednesday and a Saturn Vue Thursday. Well worth the 70 minute drive from Yerington. Called many other shops and their prices were half or less than half. Just over an hour for each car. I'd rather not need their services but if I do they will get my business.

I arrived at 11:45am to have two chips in my windshield filled. I was told the employee who would fill it would be done with his current job at 12:30. I was given an appointment for 12:30, so I decided to wait. At 12:30 the lady said he was leaving for lunch and to come back at 4pm. I ended up going to Fast Glass and was served almost immediately.

George was the only reason this didn't get one star. George was a problem solver and made my two day experience as painless as being trapped in the parking lot for 8 plus hours over two days could be. . While there I witnessed 3-4 people come in , all having dealt with the owner Ron . Ron didn't save the quotes or even the reservations for the folks that he dealt with. George tried His absolute best to keep all parties as happy as they could be. It must be real Frustrating working there , if this is how Ron rolls on the regular. They did an awesome job replacing a windshield on my 2014 Jeep Patriot. Their prices were better than any other quote that I had received. No hidden agenda or costs. There was only one little hiccup and it was resolved. As far as their work goes, I can't say enough about their workmanship! My only advice would be, if you have a stereo system, an interlock device, or anything that runs through your windshield that could potentially get broken by replacing your glass, or anywhere on your vehicle, just make sure that you know upfront that the work can be done with confidence. Such a great experience! I dropped off my car this morning around 10 and picked it up around 11:45/noon. The two gentlemen were very friendly and pleasant. No awkward car shop moments like most females experience lol! I'd highly recommend Ronnie and his team. They got me in the day after I called all panicked about my Audi's large crack in the windshield.

I needed glass for my 2004 Ranger. Called on Saturday set an appointment for 4 today (Monday). Got there at 3:30, they had it in and done by 4:45. Guy at the counter was busy he got me handled while juggling 10 other things . All and all very satisfied, clean job, quick, and a great price. Will be back for future glass work. The guys at Great Price Auto Glass are amazing! I had my windshield replaced by them 3 months ago. Then this morning a rock hit my windshield and left a crack and a small chip as I was heading into work. Thank goodness I work next door at Pick-N-Pull. Pulled in and ran inside. A friend told me about this place. I called around & they were the best price by at least $100-$200 AND they were able to replace my windshield the same day! PLUS it only took an hour. George was helpful over the phone & the staff was nice. My only complaint was the atmosphere, the bathroom had no running water. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks guys

If I ever have another problem with a broken window or anything related, this will be the only place I turn to. The first thing that was awesome, was they were able to see me the next day. The second amazing thing was, I paid what I was quoted on the phone when I made the appointment!!!! The third nice thing was, how I was greeted. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and attended to in a timely manner. It took 1 hour and I was back on the road! The windshield was so clear I could barely tell I had a windshield in front of me. It's been almost two weeks now and it's still as perfect

Three stars only because the price was good, their availability is accommodating, and there was great entertainment (right next to a junkyard!!). The environment was unpleasant in the waiting room - it was hot and all customers seemed uncomfortable, and there was no rep in the lobby for quite a bit of time when I came back after the recommended amount of time. I had to take the advice of another customer to go behind the counter and out back to the work area to find which one of the guys m was able to help me get my car back.
