Brite Glass is a locally owned, operated and esteemed business founded in Reno in 1990 by two local glaziers who shared a vision for a professional full service glass company. With over 100+ years combined glazing experience, we have been serving our customers' needs at the same convenient Reno location.

Once again I had a great experience from the second I walked in the door. I needed a windshield for my vehicle and also the molding that surrounds the glass. Patricia found me a great replacement that included the molding which saved me some time and money. I have a 2012 F150 and had my back window shatter on me one morning, not sure why but that doesnt matter. called my insurance to find out where i can take it and they referred BriteGlass and im glad they did. they were able to get me in the next day but i waited another day so i could arrange a ride. they got me in and took care of my baby truck. Worst customer service I've seen in years. I made an appointment for a new windshield. The windshield didn't get to them in time, so they should have called and rescheduled. Instead they let me show up, order an Uber, and just as the Uber showed up they called to say "Your windshield didn't come in... you'll have to come back another day." No apologies, no concern. I politely said "I'm upset that you didn't call me before I drove here." I was told that the manager would call to make things right. He hasn't.

I had a crack on my windshield and my insurance connected me with Brite Glass. The windshield was back ordered like everything right now. The people at Brite Glass stayed in contact with me and were really communicative. They even got the part in earlier then they initially thought. Their service was fast and done well. They have great customer service. I would highly recommend using them for any glass needs.

Insurance claim for windshield replacement was handled immediately! After letting them know of a severe time constraint (going on military orders in two days) they checked to see if there was any way to squeeze me in sooner! Just the fact that they checked and were willing to work with me was impressive - after being strung along by another glass company for 3 days - but even more so, they found an opening, had the right glass (heated wiper resting area) and calibrated it (which the other company could not do), and had me on my way within 24 hours! Incredibly impressed with their speed and professionalism

We have a rental property in Reno that we were remodeling. Brice from Brite Glass measured and recommended replacement glass, screens and a mirror. A few weeks later, when the parts arrived, he installed them in a most professional manner and gave us suggestions on other improvements we could make. We were very happy with the results and would use them again to replace the glass instead of the entire window and frame.

I do appreciate when a business asks for a review because I often forget to do one when I am completely satisfied. Pat did a marvelous job getting my specs and getting me scheduled for a windshield replacement especially since I was headed out of town for vacation. Great experience with brite glass. Pat in the front office is a absolute treasure, very knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. The guys who replaced my windshield did a terrific job. They also have a great warranty. I will definitely use them again, hopefully not soon but with all the road construction it will likely happen again.

Rob and team were fantastic from first call to the follow up 5 days after service. I have a very expensive BMW X6M window that crazies. Rob took a lot of time explaining the differences of glass and the unique needs of my windshield. They bought the 1 windshield on the entire west coast even before my insurance claim to make sure I had it. The instal was down exactly on time and flawlessly! Don't go anywhere else for auto glass!!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Brite Glass. We used them for our custom shower door and then also for our 20' glass slider, front door, and picture windows. Everything looks amazing! Even better the owner and his entire team are tops when it comes to customer service. Stacey handled all of our sales questions and gave fantastic recommendations based on what we wanted, space, and style. She was very quick to respond and put us at ease through the whole process.
