Not sure exactly what we had in our car, but a bear ripped open our door and looked inside. We had to replace the window as well as repair the windshield due to a previous crack. Lupo's did an amazing job bending and working our door frame back into place and replacing our windows. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was very professional.

I could never say enough good things about Ronald. I had my rear window shattered by a luggage rack upon arriving to my hotel. It was after hours and Ronald responded and said he would get on it immediately. He had to order the window, kept me in the loop and got out to me as soon as he got the glass in. Nice as can be. I felt the price was great as well. Highly recommend.

Very pleased! He had better prices than the competitors. Came to where I was and installed it in about 45 minutes. He was very kind and friendly and did a good enough job that I will definitely be calling him in the future if I have a need! If you're looking for quality work done by an independent without all the big-name company hassle or better yet big company prices , then this is the guy you're looking for!!

DO NOT HAVE YOUR WINDSHIELD REPLACED BY HIM.
The only reason I chose Lupos is because their quote is $20 cheaper than other local auto glass repair shops. In hindsight, I should have DEFINITELY paid the extra $20 for anyone else.
My interaction started with a very unprofessional phone call. He didn't even ask for my name while we were arranging my appointment. He arrived on time and replaced the glass in less than two hours. However after he left and I examined my car some more, my driver side bumper was hanging off which it hadn't been before my appointment. I called him and asked what happened

Finding Lupo's was such a relief for me! My windshield cracked at lunchtime one day, and as I live in Reno but work in Carson City I was stressed about both the cost and the hassle of taking it in somewhere to get fixed. Luckily I contacted Ron and not only was it MUCH more affordable than I expected, he came to my work and got the windshield replaced just two days later (would've been 1 day if not for the rain!). He also gave me different options so I could choose how thrifty I wanted to be with it.

We had a fantastic experience with the service provide to us and I am really grateful for the excellent communication. Understandably our appointment had to be rescheduled due to three days of strait rain. In advance and prior to our appointment, we were called to reschedule. It is very convenient that you can get your windshield replaced at work so you don't have to worry about the logistics of getting a ride. Thank you again for the fantastic communication!
