Be aware. They want to charge two extra tests in top of the insurance allowance. Have a friend which is an optometrist and was told these test are not necessary.
Stay away.

Traveling from Oklahoma through Texas I lost the suction cup for my sclera lenses and they were SO gracious as to have exactly what I needed and provide it to me with aplomb. It saved my trip and all the headache and goop that goes with wearing them too long.

Been coming to Denton Optometry since I moved to the area in 2018. Dr. Crader and his staff are extremely friendly, professional, and I feel like a guest in their home not just a patient. Very happy I found them!

The staff at this office were all very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. This facility has state of the art equipment. Great customer service goes a long way, and I will continue to use them moving forward.

My daughters glasses were ready for pick up quickly and they look really nice! The staff there even fixed my crooked frames in like 2 minutes!!!

Great experience for kids eye exam. Quick and easy appointment as well as scheduling. The staff is great with kids. Will definitely come here next time my family or I need our eyes checked.

I have a really hard picking out glasses and there were three ladies there that just made the experience wonderful. I called them with a problem, and they got me in the same day. They understood it was fairly urgent and I couldn't get over how they made it a point to accommodate me. Customer service at this business is very bad. I purchased glasses there several months ago and decided to visit concerning the glasses I purchased. I walked in and the receptionist was on the phone with her head down and not once look up to acknowledge me. I step to the side, saw the lens person in the back on the phone and he saw me but later closed his door I guess not to be interrupted. Therefore after a few minutes of standing there, I just left never to return.
I now know why whenever I visited that business it was always empty.
