If I were you I would avoid this place and look elsewhere. They had to redo my lenses and they are still the worst I’ve ever had done since I’ve been wearing glasses. I went to the one who advertises on TV all the time and both times They were perfect. I didn’t use them this time because I didn’t like there selections of frames. I think this Dr needs to have his vision check. He also told me well I can’t give you new eyes when I complained the first time which I thought was so unprofessional. I’ve been using my glasses from the previous place but I’m looking for a new and competent

They gave me a "random numbers" prescription. When I came and asked to verify, they started to explain that a half of my family just magically cured with one eye. Second opinion gave me results close to the previous prescription from another optometrist. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. Unacceptable.

We always enjoy coming for our eye exams. Everyone is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband and I receive great eye care at Vision Source Planet Eyewear. Dr. Bartlett answers any question we have and performs a very comprehensive eye exam. We wouldn't go any where else. Also, they have the best selection of frames around. If you're looking for great eye care and something different and classy in frames this is the place to be.

They refused to honor a warranty on my $500 Gucci frames. Proceeded to tell me incorrect information about how old my frames were. Followed by how its impossible for them to make a mistake. Followed by condescending attitude towards a long time customer. I was only a long time customer out of convenience to my location. The front desk employee is the doctors wife so don't expect any accountability if/when she does make mistakes. The doctor himself has been rude at times in front of me by talking about the other customers behind their back after they've left the premises. But mostly its his staff

Vision Source Planet Eyewear and Dr Richard Bartlett and his staff are awesome! He is kind and caring, his staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. He has the best equipment and a vast array of frames to choose from. He also has quite a knack for helping you pick just the right frame for your features. I live in Kansas City and make the trip to Flower Mound yearly for my check-up. You will not regret trusting them with your vision needs!
