Very professional and they add their own personal touch ! They were VERY thorough and quick to set me up with my home and auto insurance. I needed it all done within a couple hours in order to close on my house and they did it without a single hiccup! Thanks to the Cassidy team! Highly recommend !

I am going to be 100% honest, I did not do any business with them due to the fact the rate they offered was higher then my current rate.
However, the fact they did not try to sell me a more expensive policy is why I wrote this review. Even though insurance is a necessity, I usually despise it due to the price & how due to my age I am passed anywhere from $300 - $800 quotes due to my age.
I will definitely be keeping this State Farm in mind whenever I do a rate comparison again for this reason alone!

Sent my honorary daughter to work on getting insurance for herself for the first time. I had to work and answered what I could ahead of time. She was so nervous......
The office was AMAZING!!! They walked her through step by step, explaining everything, found her the best possible price, AND got her set up with renters insurance too!!!
My daughter said they were so nice and friendly!
Thank you for protecting my kids while they are at home with me and on their own!!!
Always take care of my son's needs while he is away at college too!

Called tieanne the night before. Sent here all my information that night. Told her I need it done by 9am the next morning for my appointment. She was all over it and on top of it. She was a Hard worker. Plus the deal she got me I couldn't give it up. As well as everybody I anit looking to pay a hugh amount of.money for first sign up

Was transferred to this office because my previous agent closed her office. First time I called, the guy I worked with was wonderful! Very informative & helped but when I called today both woman I spoke with were rude! I was trying to get more information on why my insurance was still high the first girl basically blamed me for them not receiving my fax a month ago. When I called back to cancel my coverage with them, the second woman was “passive aggressive” about how no one in their office is rude so I must have called a different office🙄 goodbye State Farm after almost 10 years with them

Every time I have had the pleasure of contacting or dealing with Cassidy or her team, the level of professionalism has been excellent. Not only have they been exceptional at their job when it comes to knowledge of their business, they have always been extremely patient and kind. I think it speaks volumes when you get an added “home” feeling when interacting with a business. Being good at your job and knowing facts and numbers is one thing, which Cassidy is great at!
