What a waste of time! She took 15 minutes to get a whole bunch of information from me about a quote and then told me that it would be a whole day until she was able to give me the actual quote there is 15 minutes of my life I will never get back do not call these people unless you want to waste your time!

After my accident, my suburban was totaled and Progressive increased my premiums to over $500 a month. I tried to get quotes online and they were still extremely high. I talked to Pat and he not only saved me a lot on my car insurance, I also moved my home owner's insurance over. This is a great company to do business with.

Had a policy with them for a couple of years and I was happy because the premiums were low. My premiums went up a little and I called to get a quote to see if I could get the premiums back in line with higher deductibles. As part of the quoting process they changed the deductible for comprehensive to $2000. It didn't change the premiums much so I told them to change it back.
Fast forward 6 months and I hit a deer. Find out my deductible is still $2000. It never got changed back. Talk to the insurance company and they said Precision claims they have records I told them to change it to $2000. Everyone
