I would like to start off with saying that Bang’s towing and auto body is an amazing place. I had got into an accident and my friend recommended them. I was very upset with myself for getting into an accident. The tow truck gentleman was very caring and professional. The next day when I called over to Bang’s to find out more details about my car. I was transferred to Tommy who made me feel so secure and walked me through every step of the process. I was also working with Richie who was also very helpful and professional. Bangs towing & auto body inc. hands down is one of the most professional auto body shops I've ever dealt with.From start to finish, Richie kept me informed and has gone above and beyond. I got into an accident with my 2007 H3 causing front end damage. The first body shop I went to for repair was not sure he could get all the necessary parts to complete the job. I then brought it to Bangs and they took care of everything. First making sure they could get all the parts, making the claim to my insurance company and completing the job quickly and efficiently. When I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new, a perfect match on color and they went above and beyond and cleaned the entire outside and inside.

I highly recommend Bangs Auto Towing! Their work is exceptional! My Front end was destroyed, they did an amazing job on my car! They were professional and explained everything that was being done. Well I was involved in a car accident and my car needed repair. I called Bangs & it was the Best thing I could have done. They took care of everything for me & made the process so easy even dealing with the insurance company. One Million stars for this Amazing service from start to finish. The hassle free fixing of my Range Rover from the first phone call to completion in just under 3 weeks. My baby looks brand new again and drives amazing like I was never in any accident. Tommy and his entire team are friendly attentive and handle all the work . I have never received such top notch service from an auto body shop in my life. If I ever need body work again they will be my number one choice hands down. 5 starts is truly not enough for them.

World class customer service from initial tow on the Southern State Parkway, to fixing my Range Rover at their automotive shop. The manager followed up with me every step of the way and streamlined the entire process. Making this experience a lot Less stressful, Unlike past experiences with other shops where I would have to chase people down just to get a simple update on my car. I trusted them to Fix my badly damaged Range Rover and they went above & beyond, The end result was incredible my car looks amazing, I would recommend Bangs Towing & Auto Body to all my friends and family!!

Chris was so helpful after a collision with a woman who recommended his shop. He took care of everything. He communicated with me, told me what he would do to repair my car, was timely in repairs and was flexible to my schedule. His staff in the office was friendly and very helpful. He replaced my bumper, some body work and paint. My car looks BETTER than ever. Hopefully won’t need to -but will only use his shop in the future.
