Unprofessional company, parents called the office and spoke with a lady who promised them the technician would be there that same day and no one ever showed up. Not even a call to them that they were running late they finally called a different company and they arrived within a couple of hours. Glad there are other companies who are able to provide a good service, just arrived to their house and they told me their experience from the week before these were elderly people wow, thanks for such customer service.

Called Manny's Air last week about a problem with one of the units I purchased. I spoke several times with the rude receptionist and left 2 messages for Manny (owner) to call me back. As of now, still no return call. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with.

I have being doing busines with Manny's Air for a long time and thought I would get the same service this time around my AC unit went out. First they charged me $95 for nothing, they call it a service charge but the employee didn't do much and said I need a new unit without giving me any other options. I called first thing the next day to see what options where available for me and I was told Manny would call me but I never received a call. I called back again and left a message and no one has called me back as of yet. I have contacted another provider and they where able to help me with my current

Manny's Air is an excellent company. We have used Manny for multiple properties and we have never had a problem. Manny is a very high quality person. He is patient and considerate. He takes the time to explain what it needed and precisely what it will cost. He offers options and is on time and fast. I highly recommend. Anyone saying that Manny isn't anything less than a pro is probably a competitor.

There was leak due to the pipe not being installed previously by Manny air properly on the AC unit and Miguel from Manny air came to fix it. He is very professional and extremely hard working. I would definitely suggest asking for Miguel as your tech for all the work. He is also sending a painter to fix the the dry wall. Miguel knows his stuff.
Update 8/4/17 - The painter (Jose Dominguez 480-366-4589) did a very professional job of fixing and painting the dry wall.
I do appreciate that Manning Air took full responsibility on fixing the problem.

Manny's AC is NOT. A good company---he installed my AC unit wrong and DID NOT fix it right 3 times. Now my roof is leaking where he installed my unit. He is a HORRIBLE contractor/person. I have NEVER meet a person like him very dishonest business person. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. Promised to fix ALL of the problems he has caused me and then backed out.
