I’ve never had a more unreliable front desk. I had a Covid test booked at 6:30 PM I came at 6:25 PM I was told the doctor would be one hour late so I showed up in 45 minutes after that to find out the “doctor has already came and left” now I’m sitting here waiting for over one hour for the doctor to come back for us …. Not to mention the front desk pretended they had no recollection. Man of the name Gregory, front desk

My husband and I brought my parents along for a little family vacation. They stayed in 106, which was beautiful and updated. I wish there was a way to exit the patio doors and lock them from the outside - so they could go straight to the pool. I stayed in 207, again, it was updated and lovely. Being on the 2nd floor, I had great views of the ocean and pools. Sure, the resort is a little "old-school", but that's what I like about it! The boardwalk to the beach is also convenient!

There is no swim up bar. The room we had was owner by a rental/ property company named Gilbert Galan. We checked in around 4 as we were told to do. Had to call him to get the combination. Then the room hadn't been cleaned from the previous renters. He didn't seem to upset. As there was no other places available, we had to start cleaning until his housekeeper's brother his girl friend and their baby arrived to finally clean.

We were in this beautiful place for 5 days, we enjoyed it very much, it is a charm, I want to mention how special the staff is, especially MARVIN AND WILMER, excellent service they gave us. Clean place lovely beaches and a large pool. congratulations mayan princess resort. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
