After carefully looking, I received a nice scratch on my rim after the car wash threw me off course. Didn’t notice anything there while checking but after the car fully dried up and I had time to check, I noticed a good size scratch on my rim where the car wash threw my wheel off course. They said it happens once a day or so, if so they need to look into fixing that. I am not interested in paying $9 for a car wash and $100+ for a rim scratch.

Its been a week ^^ I got my car super clean at this location that is actually took my car paint off my door to the bone. Five star for water pressure. I actually never got an apology email or I’m sorry we can’t help in this situation voice mail from them. Five star for no manner as a manager fosho😁 don’t get the wrong idea I don’t care about the claim from insurance. This is such an amazing car wash! I am used to cheap and poorly done car washes that barely make a difference in my vehicle. After visiting Ocean Express, my car is incredibly shiny and clean - I bought the most expensive wash (only $16). It is well worth it. Tyson is the manager there and was incredibly helpful during my service. He was kind, generous, and friendly which we all need during these times. You (and your car) will not regret visiting this place!

Was a good car wash before they decided to change the prices of the washes they offer seems like they are getting a little greedy. also had issue a while back when they wouldn’t accept my “rain check” since it had rained the day after I got my car washed not only did it rain the day after it rained for the next 4 days but they wouldn’t honor it when the first clear day came up would be kind of dumb to rewash a car in the rain. also I don’t know if they offer any monthly programs now like most other car washes do but if they did I’m sure it would be an outrageous amount.

Be prepared to remove antennas & any appendages on your vehicle-or they won't let them through due to liability. This wash is on a track system, so put your vehicle in neutral when you pull in. Push your mirrors in if you have a wide truck. This is NOT a touchless wash-it has several brushes once inside. Put your car in gear immediately following the dryers to avoid the car behind from running into you. Friendly customer service, but I prefer a touclesss/track-less wash myself.

I have frequented this car wash MANY times. I used to really like it, and loved the convenience of the vacuums. After the car wash damaged my vehicle, though, I obviously have a new opinion of this place. I filed a report with one of the workers who agreed with me that it looks like the damage came from this car wash (multiple dings on both sides of my vehicle and in the same locations on both sides). The guy I originally spoke with was super cool, took really detailed pictures of the car, and promised that I would receive a phone call from management within 24 hours. I didn't. I ended up calling
