Services
Whether your goal is to escape on gravel back roads, far from cars and crowds, toe the start line at your first gravel race, or simply get the most versatile bike on the road or dirt, no bike is better than the Diverge. It's quite simply the fastest, most capable-and just maybe the most fun-alloy bike we've ever made, delivering a ride that's quick and lively, but stable and confidence-inspiring when the terrain gets rough.
All too often, corners are cut to meet price-points in the entry-level road bike market, but the Allez redefines what it means to be "entry level." Focusing on weight, refinement, and reliability like nothing else in its class, the Allez is the first to make these technologies accessible to everyone.
The Fuse Comp 29 punches way above its weight class thanks to a light-yet-burly M4 aluminum chassis, frame geometry that lends the bike both playfulness and capability, and parts that withstand a serious flogging. ROWDY BY DESIGN The Fuse is loaded with smart touches. The wide-diameter down tube boosts stiffness.
For "fun on one, " look to Sun's Classic Unicycle. The steel frame sports a classic unicrown design and is built for excellent strength and reliability. Plus, the wheel spins on sealed bearings for durability, while the quick-release seatpost makes seat adjustments a snap. And speaking of seats, the Classic's offers top-notch comfort, balance, and bumpers to protect it, too.
The split-cleat system makes cleat swapping a snap - no need to worry about losing your cleat's position. They are designed for use with Shimano XT M8000, SLX M7000, and MT700 1x or 2x cranks only. The specially designed narrow-wide tooth profile keeps the chain snug, allowing you to leave your chain keeper in the garage.

I've been an infrequent customer with Old Town Bicycle for some time now. In the past, I have stopped by from time to time to purchase random bits for my bikes. A little while ago, I used their bike fitting service and was very satisfied.
Recently, I purchased my first bike from Old Town. The staff were able to answer all of my questions quickly and competently, and with a friendly attitude.
Now that I've purchased a bike from Old Town, I plan on becoming a regular customer thanks to the service and support I've received. Prices are, in my opinion, competitive. Service is top notch. The staff

I have used old town bike for almost 20 years for all my cycling needs. I own my own shop now and refer all my customers there that are closer to them or have needs that my 2 man shop cant handle because of work overload. Shout out to you guys from pennybikeco. for always keeping it real, stocking odd ball parts and having a sales team and technicians with experience and know how. Keep up the good work fellas you're a tacoma icon!

Excellent service, friendly, and good turnaround time for a tune-up on my bicycle! I called to schedule an appointment and was told that since I live a great distance from the store, the bike could be left beforehand. I left it 1-2 days earlier and picked it up at the time stated at dropoff.

I feel that I was treated with dignity and respect. I probably had the cheapest bike in the place and nobody gave me a hard time for it. Prices on parts are also cheaper than Amazon which is pretty great. I will definitely come back to this place.

I took my Transition Bike in for brake adjustments. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff they have. They spent time with me going over the bike and explaining what needs to be fixed that I was not aware of. They went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that I was happy with the end result. Pricing was great. Very happy with my new bike shop and would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to take a moment to give a proper and most appreciated THANK YOU to this store and specifically Levi that assisted me. I called from Portland, Oregon to inquire about a Specialized Allez (due to an extreme bike shortage, Olympia was the closest to me) and he was so incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient to no end. With his outstanding service, I was able to make a deposit over the phone and he had the bicycle ready when we arrived from Portland to get the bike! He took the time with us in person to make sure the bike seat was the proper height and walked me through next steps and made

These guys did an amazing job today with helping me find a bike that fit my needs. I chose to drive 40 minutes out of my way to hopefully find a good bike shop and I think it paid off.

Quick service even in the time of covid. Super smart, down to earth, and really nice employees. A little pricey for a tune up ($90).

I had a bike that was partially assembled and hadn't been ridden in 3 years. Brought it in to Old Town (made an appointment of course) and in a few hours my broken bike transformed into the perfect mom bike, complete with baby seat. The guys here were friendly and funny and the work was excellent. I feel safe carting my little dude around town on my mom bike. Thanks guys!

Drove down to tacom old Town bicycle shop for a shift issues which was just a adjustment and to fix my tire valve issue. Riley was very friendly and knowledgeable. This place is 10 time better than Gregg cycles in lynnwood. I believe old town cycles in tacoma and gig harbor are best bike shops I've been too.

I recently added a PNW dropper post to my mountain bike and I am really glad I chose to do business with Old Town Bicycle. They really went out of their way to accommodate me even though I came in with no appointment on a busy day for them. They got the work done super fast and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left the shop.
The experience was really top notch all the way from walking in, to learning about which post would be ideal for me, to getting the actual service done. I've already recommended them to several friends and I will be back.

I made an appointment for a tune up and asked the staff to let me know before they do any additional work to the bike. I picked it up and they charged me 160 dollars instead of the 90 dollars (tune up). I looked at the invoice and saw that they did additional work to it without letting me know. I ended up paying 160 dollars since they already did the additionally work. If I would of known the actual cost, I wouldn't have bring my bike here.

The guys at old town bicycle are extremely friendly and helpful. I love my new bike!

I needed to order fenders and because I purchased the bike from them, they did not charge a service fee. Old Town also does a 30 day free check up/tune up after a new purchase.

I was in the market for a new bike to replace my almost 20 year old hybrid. Wanted something faster, lighter and more comfortable. I test rode bikes at 4 local shops and also at the big box sporting goods center. I honestly had good experiences with all of them, but I decided to go with a Specialized carbon fiber bike from Old Town because the guys here gave me the most confidence that they understood my needs, and that they would continue to work with me over time to refine the fit and make sure that everything was comfortable for me, including changing out the stem and saddle if needed.

I went here for help in making a new axle for my front tire. I got the wrong piece for it, but they fixed the threading on my original one and got the bolts that were stuck off. no charge! they even gave me recommendations to another bike shop that could possibly have the right ball bearings my bike needed. this will be the bike shop I go to from now on!

I got my Specialized road bike there several years ago and got the lifetime service package. I love these guys! They put custom fenders on my carbon fiber roadie with minimal good natured ribbing about it, because I'm silly that way! Great service and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic cyclists ! A thousand miles later I still love my bike and have been very happy with the purchase!

I would recommend the Old Town Bicycle shops to anyone in the area. I have received service for my bike this past fall from the Olympia shop and was thoroughly impressed. Great knowledge and amazing customer service.

In fact, I was on a ride this past weekend when I discovered that I had a tire leak. I was stuck without my repair kit; however, I had incredible luck as George Garner from Old Town Bicycle was right behind me. George was amazing and so kind as he changed out my tire and got me back on the road. Thank you so much!
