We decided to relocate to Florida from Illinois last March. Amber listened to our needs and concerns and helped us every step of the way to make the right choice which in our case was to build. Our closing is tomorrow!!! Amber is always available to answer questions and calls us about once per month to make sure all is going well. Amber had a LOT to deal with in finding us the perfect home. We're blending 2 families with a total of 4 kids, all teenagers who need their own space. Plus, my partner does NOT want to live in an HOA development. My family got incredibly lucky when I found Amber.
I reached out to Amber not knowing exactly where we wanted to live in Florida as we were moving from a northern state. My family flew down to investigate where to live. Amber spent half a day just driving us around the towns that she believed met our criteria fully explaining what each town had to offer. We fell in love with one of the towns.

Amber and her staff are amazing. I recently bought my second house with Amber. Buying and selling a home is a stressful process. Amber's staff kept me informed and took excellent care of me throughout the process. The little caring things that they do throughout the process and even afterwards like the surprise birthday delivery I just received, puts them a cut above the rest of the companies out there.
