James accomplished what a different agent was unable to deliver after having the listing for 12 months. Unfortunately, our sale price was far below initial expectations but we were grateful to finally sell our inherited home. After searching for realtors online, I decided to hire James for the job. We are California residence and needed to quickly list the property because it was recently put into an irrevocable trust. James didn’t wait for a buyer to come to us, he actively brought a potential buyer to the property and sold him on the building. It was listed for only a week or two before the deal was written up.
