Prince Jewelers has been located in Arcadia, California since its founding in 1983. We specialize in diamonds, custom jewelry design and manufacturing for the trade and discriminating buyers. Si "Lam" Huynh is the lead designer and has worked with many of the Jockeys, Horse Owners and Trainers from nearby Santa Anita Race Track in the design and production of many beloved pieces of custom jewelry.
We are located in Arcadia, California and offer some of our finest jewelry online, but you may not find what you are looking for. We've been going to this jeweler for many years. The owner is Pham and we had always noticed he was greedy/pushy, we are seasoned consumers so it wasn't a problem for us. I don't know why we kept going back, perhaps just because it was familiar. From our last experience though, the quality of work has declined significantly. We have been going to Prince Jewelers for the last 26 years. My most recent experience was with Lam and a design that I wanted for a pendant for my wife to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I sent Lam the picture of the pendant that I was thinking about and he asked me some questions about our family and then said..."I'll come up with something nice for you, you don't want something that you can buy anywhere ". I was looking for a jeweler to help plate a stone onto a ring but in the end opted for a necklace design instead. Being someone who is very particular in what I like, Uncle Lam and his lovely wife took the time to walk me through the entire process. They measured the exact measurement I wanted the necklace and I was in and out within an hour. I may also add that they are so funny and personable making the experience that much better!

These earrings are very precious to me. I lost one of them and it was later found but totally crushed. Flat as a pancake crushed. As you can see from the picture, Lam was able to repair it and make them both look like new. At a very difficult time for me, they made me so happy. He is a talented and honest jeweler. I would trust him with anything I have.

A couple of years ago a friend recommended Lam and Valerie of Prince Jewelers and I am so thankful! I've now referred many people because of their quality and creativity as well as professionalism and price point of their jewelry. They have custom-made multiple pieces for me including my engagement ring and matching earrings that turned out beautifully. Got a ring appraised there and found out it was not worth anything and not gold, and that is fine-- but it was the appraiser's rude tone and referring to the ring (which has huge sentimental value to me) as junk, that has prompted me to write this review. He kept repeating to me, like I was a dumb idiot, that "it's not gold" when I was just asking what it is made of to just get an idea of what these types of rings are made of. The level of service was great. This family run store was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They have very good pricing on engraving service (e.g. watches). I can't comment on the quality as I don't have previous experience. However, considering the price and level of service, I have no complaints.

I took in both a wedding and engagement ring with the intention of only resizing them and was haggled into adding more features. I felt uncomfortable but went along with the owners opinion because he portrayed himself as an expert. The owner was very condescending and rude and tried to mask his unnecessary level of harshness with what he only described as "honesty". I later realized that this was simply a marketing

I've been going here for longer than I can remember. Lam always has great ideas and makes beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry. I have a heart pendant and heart wedding ring that often get compliments. Even though I have moved out of the area, I still return to Arcadia for all of my jewelry needs.

Lam is THE best when it comes to stunning jewelry, ridiculously good prices, and service. Truly beyond impressed. I have found my source for All of my jewelry needs. The engagement and rings that Lam designed are total showstoppers. I'm literally regularly stopped by strangers, salespeople, even friends who are staring at my ring and need to comment. I heard about Lam through a friend. Her fiance got her ring there and I was quite impressed by it. I have been looking for a wedding band to match my engagement ring so I swung by one afternoon. The great thing about this place is that it is close to my house. So it was very convenient.
Lam did a great job making my wedding band. It matched my engagement ring with the details of the diamonds and the band width. I was very impressed.
