I worked here for a year and management made it the worst year of my life. Management was very unsupportive and only cared about making quotas and billing. I felt like the kids took a backseat for the majority of the time, even though they are the ones that should be the main focus. You will be doing a lot of work for free due to harsh and ungenerous deadlines. Management does not care, probably the most toxic working environment that I have been around in all my working career. Management will tell you to do one thing and then grill you when you follow their directions. The last thing is the ethics
