This was my first time trying JT Nails so I was a little nervous to "cheat" on my regular nail salon but I was pleasantly surprised . I called same day for an appt and was seen as soon as I got there . Kim (2nd station on the left ) was who did my nails. I was very impressed with the manicure she did before applying any dipping powder to my nails she has amazing attention to detail . Overall I'm satisfied with my nails and will visit again.

I ranked 2 stars because the work is generally good and consistent. If not for the poor time management and customer service/management, I would give a solid 3 stars.
My main issue with this salon is that lack of transparency and poor communication with customers. On more than one occasion, I've been seated in a pedicure bowl for more than 30 minutes and no one ever came back to let me know when I'd be serviced.
As I mentioned, the work is generally good but the techs are not well-versed in modern techniques. I also recommend making an appointment whenever possible, but do not visit

This place is a must go! Don't wait and don't hesitate! Tim did a fantastic job with my nails. I couldn't believe it. I've gone to other nail salons and they were not as precise and clean as mine were today. I'm so in love with them and I love how beautiful they make my fingers look. The place itself is so clean and they're all very nice. This will now be my go to place for nails. I can't wait to go again. Tim, you were awesome!

I have been to JT Nails a few times because it's around the corner from my house. I stopped going as often because in the summer I like to do gel mani/dip powder and a pedi. The last time I came a guy did my pedicure and it was terrible and lasted about 3 days.
The two normal ladies in the salon do an amazing job and you never feel rushed, but the reason for my 1 Star is I recently went on Saturday morning (2 days ago) and an older gentleman did my gel mani. He took off dip powder and it was the longest process ever; followed by a partial cuticle clean up. I came in for a gel manicure particularly

New management. I had an appt for 10 and they were late opening. They charge 40 dollars for a deluxe pedicure which involved wrapping my feet with plastic wrap. Please someone tell me where Danny is, I need him bad. He was the only one that would attack my ingrown toe nails. Everyone else just cut my cuticles and that's all. Very disappointed.
