You have to catch them on a good day. Make an appointment with an experienced nail tech or they’ll give you to whoever is available. I will say that Mimi is great at what she does. The only things that turn me off is the unprofessionalism that occurs sometime with techs being late to appointments or them not even writing your appointment down. As well as, an older female nail tech calling security on a pregnant client (that wasn’t even hers) because the lady was unhappy with her service and wanted to pay for what she got, but the tech was trying to charge her more. Luxury nails never disappoints. This is the first time I got designs and gems instead of just a full set of acrylic with polish, and I am very happy with the result. I wish the shape was a bit more coffin as I showed her in the reference photo but other than that, they’re super cute! Although it’s a bit pricey, my nails with just regular polish is about $70-$80 but these were $100, it went up to $100 after asking about the gems meaning it costed $15 extra, which is a bit much.

I have been going to this place for a few months now, I do not set up an appointment , I usually would just walk in and get anyone who's free, my past experiences have been okay until today- first the 2 colors that I picked were both out and the third option did not even come close to what was pictured in the catalog. A friend shared they go to this nail salon frequently and they it was a last minute emergency because my actual nail technician was unavailable. They were able to fit me in which was great. The front receptionist was friendly and seemingly honest about the wait time. I didn't have to wait long. I'm a bit uncomfortable because this is my first time at the shop and I need my nails done to celebrate a special occasion. While the nails are ok the workmanship is not good. This place is absolutely terrible the only reason why I continue to go here was because of a lady named Lily who is very amazing the first time I went here they didn't even do everything that was necessary for a pedicure and Lily made sure that the things were done correctly I gave this business another chance and also brought a friend a long each time. I paid over 70 for a GEL manicure and regular pedicure. My nails were chipped by day 2 and all of them were off within the same week. i have called and they said no manager was there. i have since been calling and they continue to hang up on me. the manager said she would get back to me and never did. DO NOT GO HERE. they are rude and very unprofessional. the prices do NOT match the quality of service.

If I could give negative stars I would! The person who did my pedicure made the water too hot. When I told her she tried to grab my ankle and force my foot into the water. She was very rough the entire time. She cut my toenails so short and now I’m in pain because of it. I paid for a deluxe pedicure with gel polish and it literally lasted less than 10 minutes. I’ve never paid for deluxe and gotten that bad of service elsewhere.

My mom and I went in for pedicures. Hers looked good, but mine looked awful. I don't know his name, but a man did mine. They looked like a toddler did them. I didn't say anything because when he was done he literally grabbed all my things and moved them from the pedicure chairs to near the waiting area. I was shocked like damn he wants me to leave. Spent $100 on a pedicure and dip manicure. Bing Li rushed every single thing and wasn't through at all. It felt very much like she was just trying to slap a color on me and get me out the door. The place was empty so I'm not sure what the rush was. My toe nails are trimmed very crooked, like sharp angels and she didn't get rid of the dead skin around my nails. The dip manicure is chipping 2 days later, fully falling off on every nail. Beside the chipping there were waves and lumps and not very clean edges, goes too far up the cuticle. Wish I could leave no stars, like I left no tip. It was that horrible of an experience. Went in to have my full set acrylics removed and left in pain. Older nail tech obviously thought my service was a waste of time and her expertise. Soaked my nails for all of 1 minute, then proceeded to aggressively try to remove them. Dismissed my complaints when I told her she was too rough. Even damaged my own nails. Will not be returning. This was my first and last time. Here's a tip! I went on a Thursday close to closing but prior to going in I called to make sure they could accommodate me. They said yes and set and appointment at 7:30. I was on time and still had to wait and additional 15/20 min. No big deal but they took this lady that came in after me first with no appointment. I got acrylics on my toes which was $55 plus an extra $5 for a matte finish (which they didn’t mention until it was time to pay). Myself, my friend, & both of our 11 year old daughters got pedicures today. All 4 people doing our pedis did a good job. My reason for 2 stars is because I was charged $37 for my daughter & my friend was charged $25 for her daughter. They both got the exact same service which was pretty much just foot soak & toenail polish. Today was my first time in. I was referred by a co worker. My daughter and I decided to get pedicures after school. We sat down at 5:30 and didn’t leave until 7. My daughters guy was good and quick we were pleased with his service. I got the signature and it took forever. She never clipped cut or did anything to my toes. Whatever you do, don't go to this place if it's gonna close in an hour. As a millennial, I have never written a bad review before. My boyfriend and I arrived at 7:50 and they close at 9. We asked for one of the more expensive pedicures which was 10 dollars more than the standard one ($45 each). I would have just gotten the standard one if I knew what was to come (or better yet, not go at all).
