Critical: Professionalism
I am very unimpressed with the level of customer service. They will not work with you in any way. They seem to only be after $$$. My entire family has used this agent for years. I left a voicemail asking to have "Micheal Davis" give a call back. That never happened. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Michael is a great insurance agent. When my daughter moved there to go to school at Belmont, we just randomly chose an agent nearby. We had no idea how fortunate we were to choose Michael. Michael has sat down with us and discussed various insurance products, and then been very kind and patient with my daughter when she wanted to go back in and ask questions on her own without me. My recent call to him was about a purchase we were gifting to our daughter, and wanting to know (discretely) how it would affect her premium before we purchased. He is a top notch agent.
