Leon is a great agent! He saved me a lot on my premium. Unfortunately, I had to claim on the policy already. Although the policy was effective in covering damages, I had an issue with a contractor recommended by the insurer. Leon, who is independent of the insurance company, was there to help guide me through this issue and defend on my behalf. He was highly concerned when I told him what happened with the contractor, and he worked to find a solution, which seems to have been effective. He's very well connected with a great team around him. I have found Leon to be super responsive and sensitive to his customers needs! He is willing to go the extra mile in support of a client's needs. Definitely worked with me to get the best insurance coverage based on what I had expressed to him I wanted. He even drove from Franklin, TN. to Hermitage despite his busy schedule to meet with my 89 year old mother so she was clear on what she needed because he understood what that meant to her.
