Our Nashville house got hit by the tornado of March 3rd. Mike and his team from State Farm were immediately on the job and at the ready. Although we experienced significant loss and stayed in hotels and airbnb's for two months, Mike was regularly checking in to make sure that we were inconvenienced as little as possible and our case was being handled efficiently and quickly.We were often on the verge of tears because our neighborhood was in shambles but Mike and his State Farm team helped us ease the transition from living as vagabonds to getting us back into our house as quickly as possible.

My insurance was transferred to Mike's Office. His office contacted me to come in to review my policies. I found his office to be clean and the staff to be nice. Mike was very personable and informative. He made me feel comfortable and walked me through every step of the process. Looking forward to working with him more in the future!!

Michael is one of the most communicating insurance agent I've had. He (or Alisson, his assistant) make calls to me every now and then to check on my needs or to update me with offers.
Recently, I planned to buy a car and he let me know of their financing and he was very polite with all my questions.
Although I moved to different area from the East Nashville area, I decided to stay him as I feel like they really do their job! I've been with other agents who just focus on getting new customers, but Michael really try to build that relationship with his existing customers.

As a recent college grad, I was nervous about dealing with transferring my out of state insurance for the longest time. But Kayla at Mike Maclean's office made it so seamless for me, and put me completely at ease by answering all of my questions with a helpful and positive attitude. I felt like I didn't have to do a thing--over one phone call, she received my information, connected with my out of state insurance, gave me a quote, emailed me my temporary insurance card, and just like that I was taken care of. I'm really happy I found this office.

Mike and his staff have been wonderful from the start. I have had multiple cars and rental insurance through this agency, and they are by far the best at customer service that I have ever had. I started out my driving with State Farm in CA, and switched through different companies throughout the years due to lower rate comparisons, and am now back for good. His staff goes out of the way to help even if the other driver's insurance is taking care of a fender bender. Mike calls personally to make sure his customers are getting the service they need. I provided my info for a fanny pack at a recent function. While I had no intentions of actually switching insurance, State Farm's offer was one I could not refuse.
