Called road express and the driver got here very quickly and on time. Extremely rare for a towing company. I had them tow my 1994 Acura NSX, a car valued at over $100k. I was extremely worried at first but he loaded my car like he owned it. With such extreme care and caution. He dropped it off at driving ambitions in Rancho Cordova, about a 1.5hr drive from pick up. My car arrived safe and sound, same way it was picked up. I would recommend their services to anyone and if you own an exotic car they are definitely the ones to call.

My car died around 3 am and I had my 11 year old and infant son. I called my insurance and they said no one will be able to go get me a jump until 7 am. I ended up calling road express towing, they answered right away I called my insurance back and gave them the company's number and they got there 30 minutes later! Life saver! Had my car running right away. 100% recommend!! Thank you!!!!

I was referred to this person WASIL (apparently the owner too) at this towing company. He stated that he would deliver my cars from Tracy to Fremont for $120.00 a piece. After he loaded the cars on the back of the flat bed and then put the straps on, he stated he would charge me $300 for each car. I was flabbergasted and I asked him how could it be $300 when it was supposed to be $120 for each vehicle, he said "I had to pull two rear wheel drive cars out of the garage and tow it, and it was hard", and then as we are about to leave he goes to a neighbors house to buy a Nissan Altima

I was on the way home from the Bay Area when suddenly my transmission went out and my car came to a complete stop on the freeway! Luckily, I was near an offramp and made it to a parking lot. Road Express was my third call after not hearing from the first two. Orfan picked up the phone he was pleasant and said he could be here in 20 minutes and showed up in 15. He was professional, his tow truck was modern and clean. Needing a tow is an unpleasant experience but Orfan at Road Express made it a lot less stressful. I would recommend him to anyone.
