I have never had a tow truck driver be the most kind and considerate person like Tom was. Even though he was busy, he still managed to make time for me and provide the service I needed. He was pretty good at listening while keeping a conversation going and telling us about his day (which I don't mind) and vise versa. He was kind, fast, reliable and just awesome as few words can describe!
