We had our pool redone with Elite Pool Management and they did a great job. Our pool needed a lot of work but they were able to handle everything for us. Their prices are very affordable and they were able to get the job done quickly. I’m so happy that they were able to get everything back in order for us. I’m so appreciative of their help. I just want to say thank you to Elite Pool Management for always keeping our pool looking great. The first time we used them our pool needed a lot of work but they were up for the task and couldn’t have been nicer. We’ve now been using them for months and our pool is absolutely beautiful. Our pool had really been let go by the previous owners. Thankfully Elite Pool Management was able to bring it back to life. They were able to access our specific needs and make a solid plan to get everything in good shape again. It took a few appointments but I am truly amazed with how great everything looks. THey couldn’t have been more professional and since then we have had them regularly maintain our pool. They were the best company we could have chosen for the job. Thank you very much.

If you’re looking for the best pool service in the Gilbert area, you should definitely reach out to Damien. My pool has never looked better. This company is so honest, upfront, and reliable. I’ve never had a problem with my service and they always keep my pool looking great. I even have had them come out to work on the pool when I wasn’t there because I trust them completely. They will continue to be my pool care company for many years to come. I highly recommend their excellent services.

HORRIBLE experience. They charged me incorrectly on every invoice and ignored me when I pointed it out to them, they left my pool green and unswimmable, they would not show up for weeks at a time, and they continued to come by randomly and and charge me after I cancelled their service. It is incomprehensible to me that a business can be run this poorly. Stay away!!!
The owner replied and, not surprisingly, blamed me. Just so we are clear, I DID reach out to them MULTIPLE TIMES with no response. I sent an email asking why I was being charged more than the 'special pricing' that he personally approved

We need to change a small cover underneath, they changes us $550, a major flooding event occurred during their process, the water drained everythere, we got warned from HOA and compliants from neighbors. My HOA. Guess what? They said it's good for the plants! (So I should Thank you for planting our yard using chemical pool water? lol) Note we still paid them full.
Recently I got emails from the renting company, said the tenants complain the swimming pool is not clean at all, note it is the ONLY point the tenants complained about our house. At the same time they claimed

Been with Elite for a couple of weeks. We switched after our previous pool company was negligent with our pool chemicals. I contacted Elite for a quote and spent an entire day messaging back and forth with the owner, Damien. He personally came out twice in one day to check our chemicals and equipment and discovered our chlorinator was set way too high and our chemicals were completely out of whack. That's service! Couldn't be happier with how our pool turned out and the experience we had with elite pool management. After getting about 10 different quotes, we went with them because of their positive reviews on Yelp and Google. It didn't hurt that they also beat out everyone else's price. Damien was professional, but also personable and so great at keeping us informed on what to expect and when it would happen. The whole process was seamless and we ended up with a beautiful "new" pool! Would definitely recommend them!

We had an old pool pump finally go out. After playing phone tag with a company we previously used, I reached out to Elite after seeing all the good reviews. Damien responded right away. I was worried our pool would sit for a week and go green after so much rain. But Damien picked up the part the next day and had us up and running in no time, despite the previous homeowner's horrible diy work. Great customer service, very responsive. Will definitely use Elite in the future.

I had a pool service company that was terrible. I called Damien for a second opinion on something that needed to be done. He was honest and spot on with his assessment. I’ve used Elite for all my maintenance needs ever since. They treat my pool as if it were their own. 100% recommend! Just bought a new home and discovered a massive crack in my pool :( and with no knowledge of pools I was upset and discouraged. After researching yelp for a pool company to come and look everything over and help me I hit a homerun with the My first company I contacted :) Damien with Elite pools was so responsive when I contacted him and when he came out to my house was certainly elite. Nice, honest,integral, intelligible and forthright. I had a great experience with this company and have found my pool guy :)

We chose Elite Pool Management to resurface our pool. From start to finish Damien's customer service was amazing! Damien replied to my first inquiry text in 7 minutes. I measured the pool perimeter for him and by 30 minutes from my first text I had a rough estimate. He was at our house a couple of days later to confirm the measurements. He also offered to show us a neighbor's pool he was resurfacing.
Of the 8-10 companies I contacted, Elite was by far the most responsive and also had the lowest bid - easy decision. They worked fast:

I called several pool company's because our pool light wasn't working. Amazed how I never got a call back from some and how unprofessional other calls were. Damien called back and answered my questions in a way that made me feel like he was knowledgeable and capable. I wasn't sure if our light was having an electrical problem so I needed to be sure who ever came to fix it, could handle the issue.
Damien scheduled for the next day and showed up on time. It took about an hour and was in fact electrical. I believe the total was about $100.

I called Elite pool because my 9 month old puppies chewed through one of the pipes and my pool was draining into my back yard. I didnt realize how serious it was until I received a $500 water bill!!!
Damien immediately replied to my email and was out the next morning to take a look even though I was not in his service area.
He quickly repaired the pipe and even redid the chemicals.
I was expecting a huge bill and was pleasently surprised when I received his quote.
And even moer surprised when I received the invoice that matched his verbal quote.
