In most cases, acid washing your pool or spa will brighten and refresh the pools or spas' surface. However, acid and chlorine washing of a pool or spa is for cosmetic purposes only. Twelve Pool Service, LLC will make every effort to remove as much staining and discoloration as possible. However, we cannot guarantee this process will remove all stains or discoloration of the existing pool surface due to the length of time that stains may have set.

We recommend a filter cleaning on DE and cartridge filters about every 5-6 months.

Denton does a great job with communication and figuring out scheduling. I was a little late to schedule a pool draining and acid wash but he found another company to complete the job. I trust his work therefore I had no hesitation with his referral. I highly recommend twelve pool to anyone searching for pool services.

When I hired Denton for weekly pool service, which included cleaning the skimmer basket, inline filter and pump filter, everything was fine, but as the months went on, the filters were not getting cleaned out, when I approached Denton about this problem, his response was, we don't have time to clean every filter and don't tell me how to do my job. I paid for the weekly pool service, which included filter cleaning. I understand if there was very stuff in the filters than Denton wouldn't have to clean them out, but there were time there was a lot of leaves in the filters , for which

Twelve Pool Service and its owner, Denton Donely, has been servicing our pool since we bought our house, new, here in Gilbert, AZ, in late 2016. I have had pool service for the last six months. So far twelve pool service has served me well, he is always on time, stays long enough to make sure all is well and ready to be used. Always willing to take the time to explain what he is doing to your pool or what you might need to keep your pool in tip top shape. He is always available by text or phone to respond to any questions you have about your service.
