Shain has serviced my pool for over a year and has never missed a day. The few times he has had to reschedule, he sends an email a week ahead of time informing me of the rescheduled cleaning day. He alerts me about pool pump maintenance and anything else I should be aware of. He is organized and prepared, and his work is high quality. The pool looks great.

Excellent service! Shane has serviced my pool for about 6 mos. now. I have no complaints and my pool is always *sparkly clean*. This is my first pool and Shane has been very patient with my many questions, and always able to answer/help. I recently texted Shane later in the evening for what I thought was an urgent issue. Problem solved in the almost immediate response. Simple, quick fix. The late evening response highlights the level of customer service Shane provides. There is no comparison when it comes to top-notch pool guys!! After struggling for months to find a decent pool person to keep our pool clean a friend suggested pH Balanced Pool Service. When I researched the company I was blown away by the reviews and so I gave them a call. Shain was super professional and he was able to came out to give us an estimate the very next morning. Was going to have him help get my pool back from being green and have him service it regularly but forget it!! I called and made appointment to have him look at the pool and give me a rough estimate. He said he can come by Monday 8-9 maybe possibly earlier which is great! My wife was at home waiting.... She tells me no one has showed up it was 9 by then. So I called to see what time he'll be by and if he was running a little late... He said he went by at 7:30 no one answered the door. So I asked when will he be able to go back.
