We are located on the 4th floor of Heritage Plaza, an 18-story office building, at the corner of Veterans Memorial Blvd and Lake Avenue, across from the Eustis Building, and above the Heritage Grill restaurant. From downtown New Orleans, take the West End Boulevard exit off of I-10, and take a left on Veteran's Blvd.

Dr. Poole started laser removing my sons port wine stain at 2 and a half months months old. He was aggressive when he targeted it and moved the strength of the laser to his discretion ever 4-6 weeks after till he was a year old- and the results are great! He's 9 years old now and thriving thanks to Dr. Poole. I cried so many nights wondering if I did the right thing, and my son now thanks me and reassures me that I did the right thing! I'd say we have 97% removal rate!

The staff and Dr Poole we’re great with my kids! They accompanied us even though a wreck made us late for our appointment and they have a pharmacy on site so we could get meds there. Very convenient! The parking was a little tricky. Just be aware that you have to park in the garage and public parking is on level 4 and up. The spaces are really tight.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Poole and his staff . They are so kind and caring. They instantly made us feel comfortable and were able to give us a diagnosis fast. The office was very clean, the staff were helpful and had wonderful attitudes/demeanors. Took my 4 year old daughter there to see Dr. Alicia for her eczema, and she was treated very gently and with patience. To top off our fast, yet thorough visit, there is a pharmacy in the office which so EXTREMELY convenient and fast with filling prescriptions. 10/10 would highly recommend, I am very pleased with everything.

My daughter has been going to Poole Dermatology for about 4 years now. Their entire staff is amazing. She sees Mrs. Alicia and she is the ABSOLUTE BEST! My daughter has Alopecia Areata. She educated us on what causes it (which can be a lot.) She definitely stays on top of her treatment. She didn’t stop until she found what works! We have seen amazing results! We are so grateful for her and the entire staff! If I could give them a million star rating, I would! 🤩🤩

Pool Dermatology does not feel that have any responsibility for informing a patient BEFORE a procedure is performed what will be owed of them. that was one of the numerous problems I have with this office. I was not given good information as to what was expected post-procedure either. Extremely disappointed in this office.

My review is to give heads up to other patients to check with the Poole Dermatology about their prices before scheduling their appointments. Apparently they can charge you based on how they feel. My 3 year old son who is suffering from MC had his first treatment 3 weeks ago. I was charged $260 for 45 spots. Today was his follow up appointment, and… was charged almost $600 for 20 spots (LESS then HALF of his initial visit). I was told that the difference was because of the MC location, meaning he had 3 (THREE) spots on his bottom (annus area). Wish the Dr. would have discussed with me the

My son had some bumps growing on his birthmark that he needed to get removed . Dr. Alicia and her assistant did an amazing job on walking my son through the process. He was so nervous and had anxiety and they both kept him calm and was so gentle with him !! I am very please with the work they have done and how well they work with children !!!
