Dr. Charbonnet is great! Brought my husband who has dementia and the consideration for him was so heart warming. She took care of his problem and mine. The staff is very friendly and atmosphere welcoming.

I was greeted promptly and courteously on arrival. The office is very welcoming. After my new patient health review, x-rays, and visit with my doctor, questions were answered satisfactorily. I was very pleased with the efficiency of this office.

My doctor was amazing. She is honestly the first doctor I’ve ever had that wants to aggressively treat my psoriasis. She genuinely showed that she cared about resolving my issue and I highly appreciate it. I honestly was so happy because I’ve been dealing with this for well over 10 years. And I’ve been to so many doctors that I’ve lost count. I had given up hope that I would be able to resolve this. But seeing how determined she is. I’m going to give it a go with her treatment plan and hope
for the best.

Dr. Gerdes has been our family dermatologist for many years. She treats the whole patient, not just the outside, and takes her time when asking questions to get to the root of a problem, instead of just the surface. Her compassion for people runs deep and I appreciate her advice, sympathy and treatment as a physician, a woman and as a fellow mother. Her staff is friendly, quick, and it’s easy to get an appointment.

This was my second dermatology appointment with Dr. Gerdes and I highly recommend her. She is wonderful and made me feel completely at ease psychologically and medically speaking for the purpose of the appointment, got the job done. I trust her diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommended. Five gold stars and extra credit goes to Dr. Gerdes. She’s the best.

As always, my appointment is on time, no waiting, very important for me. The staff is always very professional and nice/helpful. Dr. Charbonnet is always professional and thorough in my check ups, but very friendly too. I wish all my other doctors were a smooth as Family Dermatology Specialists!

Best service everytime!! No wait and Dr Charbonnet genuinely cares. For years I had scalp irritation and have visited several dermatologist that only prescribed shampoo for temporary relief. Dr Charbonnet has given proper diagnosis and treatment for my condition. I have been free and clear for 3years now.

They did a great job. Dr. Charbonnet was ready almost as soon as I got there. She took her time with me, was very gentle and kind. I was out of there and back at work fast. I highly recommend her and think they're great.

I love the little touches around the office to cultivate a relaxing environment. The minimalist design and neutral colors of the new decor have a calming effect. The fresh iced lemon water was just what I needed to exhale and take my mind off the stressful reason I was at the doctor in the first place! It was quiet, and there was plenty of seating in the waiting area - even when it got a little busy.
