I started coming to this location because it was close and I could barely walk due to back pain. Improvement started after my first visit and only got better after each follow up. Dr. Czahor is extremely professional and always willing to offer guidance on how you can improve while both in and out of the office. The staff is great and also always willing to help. I would recommend this location and Dr. Czahor to anyone looking to improve how they are feeling day to day with very noticable results. I'm now back in the gym, feeling great, and no longer worrying about random back spasms stopping me

Love coming here. I came here with lower back issues and Doc has worked his magic and I’ve only been improving! Im able to squat again without any pain and before putting just the bar on my shoulders and squatting down was very uncomfortable.They work with you to get you where you need to be and the staff is beyond friendly and very helpful! Strongly recommend!

Right off the bat, Dr. Anthony knew my struggle! I had previously visited Midwest orthopedics at Rush for lower back pain. After taking X-Rays, it was explained to me that my only option was PT. Underwhelmed and feeling helpless I let the issue go and tried to remedy my discomfort on my own. Things never got better. Recently I decided to visit Dr. Anthony and give chiropractic therapy a try. Needless to say, after a few sessions I am already feeling the difference! Less pain and more mobility. I’m excited and looking forward to continuing my journey to improving my discomfort and overall health

Wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Dr Anthony is great and really works with you to figure out the best plan of care for you. He really cares about his patients and is so dedicated! Emmy and Kayla are AMAZING and make you feel so welcomed. I feel so grateful to have found Universal Wellness Source and to be receiving care here.

Overall: Dr. Czahor and staff know what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable through the whole process! My chronic back soreness and neck have felt a ton better. I look forward to my appointments not only for the relief but for the whole staff.
Years of yoga, stretching and even buying a massage gun have not given me the results I have had here in just over 2 months. Sports injuries have taken its tool. Dr. Czahor is all about whole body health. While I came in my back issues, he has made sure that any other areas get the attention it needs (Knees, and shoulders).

Absolutely incredible. I feel like a whole new person. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I’ve been exceptionally impressed. I came in with chronic migraines and severe upper back pain. I feel like Dr Czahor was very invested in finding a solution for my concerns. Shortly after starting, my migraines stopped almost entirely and my pain was reduced significantly. Emmy and Kayla are amazing and always so friendly, contributing to a great environment overall. Would recommend Universal Wellness Source to anyone and everyone!

I can't believe I waited so long to see Dr. Anthony. The pain I had prior to coming in made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. And almost immediately after seeing him I was able to sleep again. I was nervous about getting adjustments (the chiropractic table is loud, so it sounded intimidating) and it looks super busy every time I walked by. But really the adjustments aren't uncomfortable at all. And although the place looks busy, its because everyone there is working on their assigned exercises. The whole operation is impressively efficient and well thought out. Kayla and Emmy are so welcoming

This place is amazing. Dr. Kevin and his team are the best. They actually care, they take time and go into detail about your treatment and provide a ton of options for appointments, provide a ton of info to help improve your condition. The adjustments are epic and I feel they accommodate their patients to the fullest. After dealing with a few Chiros that were all about money and not caring whether I improved or not, Dr. Kevin, Jasmine and the rest of team are a Godsend!!! Also, thanks to them, my Netflix que is much better! LOL. Highly recommend!
