Valley Counseling Center was born from a belief that identifying and addressing mental and behavioral issues early can prevent more serious issues later and improve the overall health and wellness of the entire community. Carina is passionate about helping children, teens, young adults, and families figure it all out. She believes in providing a strength-based and developmentally appropriate therapeutic environment for all of her clients, from pre-K through college students. At our offices in Mechanicsburg, PA, VCC specializes in providing counseling and therapy for children, teens, young adults, adults, and families for all of central Pennsylvania, including Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, and York Counties. We believe that the foundation for a great experience in therapy is based on the relationship between therapist and client, so our team is comprised of therapists with diverse backgrounds and specialties.
Our offices are located in The Vista Plaza at 1215 Manor Dr, in Mechanicsburg, Pa, right off of Rossmonyne Road, near Rossmoyne Elementary School. You will find plenty of parking as you arrive. The building is up on a hill that provides beautiful views of the Cumberland Valley.
As you enter the building through the main entrance, you will walk straight through the main lobby and continue past the elevators and stairs towards the USI Insurance offices.Once there, turn right and continue down the hall to the second door on your right, where you will find our offices in Suite 209.

I went for my first appointment and everything was fine. My second appointment however, I arrived right on time. I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes before I left. I confirmed my appointment online. No one ever came out into the waiting room to ask for me. I'm pretty sure I even saw the girl I had seen from my first appointment open the door and peek out quick two different times, but I never saw her face as I was sitting around the corner. I called 3 times and got no answer. I left a voicemail and sent an email stating that I was on time and that I was leaving. I would never go back there
