I requested help from DSS Condo during the construction process of my home. I have known Donald Kipnis, CEO of DSS Condo, since 1985. I watched Donald build Miller & Solomon into the finest construction company in South Florida. Donald has a very deep knowledge of construction and is absolutely amazing in his ability to Value Engineer a project to save enormous sums of money and yet maintain the quality of the construction meeting his clients objectives. DSS Condo took over the project at our condo building on Miami Beach, after what was a terrible experience with a prior company. From a resident perspective, their team executed the job in a professional and timely manner. Day in, day out, they made progress with each facet of the renovation, handling the balconies, replacement of windows and sliders to hurricane impact. Dealing with their supervisors and team members in our unit was great. They were responsive and their attention to detail set them apart. The project came out great. DSS Condo took over our $ 21 Million dollar construction project and have shown a marked difference between hiring a single project manager and engaging a professional project management company. They have a team of 12 people working in the background on our project and the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager have been very responsive in managing a multiplicity of projects at the same time. We are very pleased with the transition and end results.

The most unorganized, ill-informed team of "project managers" I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity of working with. Mismanaged and convoluted information was all they could offer through out the project and without the HOA signing a contract I would have fired them after the first 3 months. They have no licensed architects, engineers or design personnel on staff and I am not sure that they have any experienced project managers. Fancy spread sheets and elaborate power point presentations do not replace knowledgeable and organized efforts in large scale restoration projects. Find someone else
