Assistance with obtaining loan preapproval - via a recommended lender and a loan officer that won't drop the ball. I recommend you start reviewing listings right away, even if you're not ready to buy yet, so that you become familiar with the market.
Fullerton CA is a great place to live! Most everything that my family and I can imagine is available, or is a short drive away. I've spent many years living here but I have also lived in several other Orange County and Southern Californian cities over the years, but Fullerton is so well-equipped and centrally located that I still cannot take it all for granted.

I've worked with a few realtors before but Ervin is second to none. He was a referral and we are so thankful for his help and his knowledge including the Fullerton / Sunny Hills real estate market and Irvine as well.
