Don’t come here!!! This is the worst laser experience I’ve ever had. Take your business elsewhere so you can get the results you want without getting burned. They re-use old towels and have not handled the pandemic well. The place is very unsanitary and the staff is unprofessional.

After being a customer for long time, they canceled my life time membership due to change of ownership. Also the store manager was very rude and hung up the phone on me during the conversation that I tried to get an appointment for a partial work.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please check them before you sign up.

It looks like many other customers are having the same experience as me. I’ve been a client here for over 10 years and I can confirm that these reviews are true. I signed a contract for life time services and they just canceled my contract, just like everyone else. The new owner is NOT honoring these contracts that he purchased with the business. Their customer service has gone down hill. Everyone who is writing their 1 star reviews is correct, it happened to me too. If you’re thinking of coming here, slap yourself and take your money elsewhere.

Same as the other stories you are reading.....I paid for lifetime, my treatment was moved from every 3 months to 6 months. Now they won't honor the contract I signed. I called to make an appointment, the person I spoke to said "we are no longer honoring the contract you signed, it's not cost effective for our company anymore" ummmm, hello, I paid my lifetime treatment in full and now you aren't honoring what was put in writing. Who wouldn't be upset, bad business model.

I had purchased full body laser treatment, which at the time was a lifetime guarantee, I spent 3500 in total and paid it off. I also referred my two sisters, who also paid in full. They than referred over 10 other ladies, consisting of in laws and friends, in conclusion they made a ton of money and are know saying we are no longer able to finish our treatments due to new ownership! I was never informed or notified of any of these changes and was never informed that our contract for the service would be terminated. Dont be fooled by the good reviews about this place as most of them will be from prior to the ownership change. It seems as though the new owners only care about money. Or at least that is how I was treated despite the fact that I’ve been going there for the past 5 years or so.

Beware, I think this place is going out of business soon.
So I, plus my referrals, have given over $7000 to this place. I have been on a laser treatment plan of 6-8 weeks for the past 4 years because of my hair growth is stubborn. A few months ago I was switched over a to 6 month plan without a conversation. When I went into my consultation appointment about the treatment plan the laser specialist said "I do recommend more treatments for you". I asked if that was her professional opinion and she said yes. I pointed to the contract that specifically outlines that the treatment plan can change at

So I have heard in the past about bad reviews for med weight laser. I personally have never had an issue with them. I signed up for the lifetime laser hair removal three years ago (when that was still an option under the old regime) and it is still in effect. I follow the prescribed treatment plans but up front I was told that laser hair removal does not guarantee no more hair. I even looked this up online and that is generally how it goes since our bodies/hormones change over time. With that said 90% of hair in treated areas is gone. What little remains is super thin and sparse. I do not shave
