Took my Range Rover here that had an abundance of computer AND overheating issues. After my experience and the expertise, punctuality, and professionalism of Tom and his crew, I will not take my car to another place to include the dealership. Tom is a wealth of knowledge and I’m pretty certain there’s nothing he can’t fix! Thanks Tom and Pam, I wish there were more people and trust worthy mechanics like this out there.

Both of our cars were due for inspection and we were out of vehicle warranty so we decided to try an independent shop. They inspected both vehicles at a reasonable cost. Then, they checked out a check engine light and a tire pressure sensor. Their tech was honest and thorough. We actually went to drop off our our car at 6am and the owner was already there, starting his day with garage doors open and so cheerful about getting a good start on the day. We've had a great experience there and would recommend them 100%.

I heard about the Auto Service Mall from a knowledgeable friend who takes his Audi there. They serviced my daughter's dying 2001 Honda through several inspections. I like their automotive knowledge and understanding at a fair price without any charges for repairs that are not needed. Competent and trustworthy.

I am not Huge on writing a review But These guys took real good care of me. I usually do my own repairs, Not this time. Front end was not good. They took me 1 1/2 days to get in but when I did they took Great care of me. Great repair and very fair price I feel. Never going to the dealer again. Highly recommend these guys. First time I used them and will be the only ones I use from now on..AWESOME..

If you need anything done to your car, you need to come here! This is a family owned business, who runs their business honestly. I have had otherwise bad experiences when getting fixes to my car at other places, but not Auto Service Mall! They are affordable and always work with you to get your fixes in at their earliest convenience. Truly, the best!

Was visiting my family for the holidays and transmission started slipping. He took me in right away and drove it immediately to figure out the problem. They were honest and thoughtful and did not do any unnecessary work. He spent a good hour with me and walked me through all the pros and cons of each option for the fix. Would recommend them to anyone!

I have been with the ASM for 15 years and find the staff to be professional, responsive and courteous. They have taken care of all our vehicles over the years and owners and techs have always been fair and honest in our dealings. Ken and Tom are exceptional to work with.
