I have nothing but great things to say about the service center! I dealt with Dale both times having an emergency with my car. Courtesy was amazing and keeping me informed was important to them. He even spoke with my son concerning my cars needs and he lives in Florida. The price for the repairs was less than what I expected. Please give them a try and you will be back!

I had my 2017 GMC Sierra in for a check engine light. It turned out to be the transmission temp sensor. They replaced the sensor and wiring harness under warranty. Also threw in a new filter and updated the radio so that my back up camera was not so bright. Had it done in one day. Service advisor Cody was a great help with my aftermarket warranty. Could not be happier.

Dale and the Service team did a great job fixing my 2015 GMC Yukon Denali XL. I had engine problems including the 8 fuel injectors and AFM lifters to be replaced. They stayed on the issue and provided a rental through the duration of repair. They have great customer service and worked directly with Ally on my extended warranty ensuring the repairs were covered with minimal money out of pocket. Thank you for getting my vehicle back up to speed. Great job!

I was treated with respect, that is very important to me. Dave, Jared and Nick bent over backwards to get me the car that I found that I liked. It all started with a call to Jennifer who let me know who I should talk to. I am definitely pleased with that dealership. I will also be doing my inspections and service with them. While having my car serviced for a check engine light, i also requested the one time free oil change and tire rotation. when the work was done, the service advisor told me that the one year free oil change expired 3 weeks prior. he notified his service manager and they were able to extend the service at no charge for me...,BTW i did not lease this car from this dealership. great service always from wright

Bought my GMC 2500 Sierra 2500 from Baglier, but do business here for many positive reasons. I finally have a vehicle worth washing and taking good care of. I do not have the option of zero stars... Purchased a car on May 22, 2021 as out of state buyers. The finance manager never went over or mentioned that I had to take the car for a VIN inspection. I did not find out until a different finance manager, Nicholas Dugan called and was very unprofessional and rude. I explained I was never told and he was insistent that I was told I had to have the VIN inspection and an emissions test and return the paperwork to them. We do not require an emissions test in my county and he said "you are wrong they are required in (and listed the Ohio counties e-check

I was sold a car at wright and immediately after I bought the car I had issues. My tire was leaking air, heat setting weren't working, turn signal was out, and my window was getting stuck. Took it back to get it fixed and they basically did nothing to help me out. I had to pay for everything and the sales manger Rob basically told me I should of bought a warranty on the car even though these things were more than likely broke before I bought the car. I would not recommend buying a car here!

I'm still upset 5 hours after my experience with Wright GMC Service Department today! I stopped in to have my dashboard looked at. It's has a big crack in it. The crack has not split. The young man came out side to look at it. That's where things started to go wrong. He told me it surely wasn't from the sun and that I must have done something to it. The crack is right in the hump of the dashboard. There is no way I did it! This GMC Yukon Denali Hybrid is very well taken care of! In 2013, I took my car to Wright Pontiac while it was still under warranty, because when I clicked lock/unlock on my key fob, the driver's side door did not lock or unlock. As soon as I took my car out of Wright Pontiac's service department, I turned off my car to test it, and surprisingly, nothing was fixed. I went back inside to explain the issue and they told me they would need to order a new part and bring my car in on another day to get it fixed.
