Chris worked for years for different metal fabricating companies and always thought about starting his own business, but it wasn't until 2009 when he decided it was time to just do it. He didn't have much to start with but his own garage and a few machines so beginning with walk-in repairs and metal brackets for shelving, CR Welding was established.

A few years ago we inherited several mid-century modern wire chairs manufactured by Bertoia in the 1950's. One of these had apparently been used outdoors years ago and had corroded beneath layers of paint. CR Welding not only removed the old paint and rust, but welded each of the dozens of wires involved and then powder coated this valuable heirloom. They even replaced the missing feet on each leg. We can enthusiastically recommend CR Welding. They do excellent work.

C.R. did an outstanding job restoring an old glider which is a family heirloom from the 1950's. It's looks like new and will be cherished for another sixty-plus years. I will definitely have more work for them in the near future and I definitely recommend them for powder coating anything that you want to look new again.
