Construction project implementation is managed through our Program/Construction Management Services practice. We provide a full range of services to industrial, institutional, and municipal clients to deliver a project to completion. We are proud to include Anheuser-Busch, National Grid, General Electric, Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District among those we have served.
Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) are a unique project management tool designed to reduce project cost and improve the mechanism for delivering construction craft labor to a project. We have worked directly for public agencies or with agency program/construction managers such as Parsons Brinckerhoff, Gilbane, L P Ciminelli, The Pike Company, and LeChase Construction.
