We had been shopping around for a few weeks and looking for a quad for our youngest daughter. We had been to all of the big name stores, around KC, with no luck. I saw M&M's ad on Marketplace so decided to take the trip to Holden Mo. to check them out. I didn't really know what to expect because their reviews were mixed. I actually said something about it to my wife as we pulled up. We were greeted professionally by Diane, as Mike was helping two other customers. Their store was full of ATV's/Go Carts/Electric Bikes/Mowers/Motorcycles/ETC.

Great experience they have a nice friendly honest staff . They had plenty of Stock on their showroom . They had competitive prices which is very important thats why i drove.the extra distance versus a local shop. I called to do some research and left a message the staff returned my call and answered all of my questions. I have bought many bikes through the years and usually dont leave reviews however this was a great experience and i highly recommended checking them out. 👍

We bought our first scooter from here just today. The lady and gentalman are really really helpful and nice. The lady showed us everything on the scooter like how to start it, lights ect. They also have a great helmet selection. We will be coming back here! Great customer service and locally owned. Keep up the great work guys!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They will tell you one thing and then turn around and tell you something else. I was told I could pay with a credit card by the wife when I left my scooter to be repaired. Then the husband calls to say It's ready and now I can only pick it up if I pay in cash! He was rude and could care less if he had my business or not. I highly recommend you take your hard earned money to someone who values you as a customer!

THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! They waited until I drove 3hrs and test rode a bike before telling me that they didn’t have the lien release from the lien holder yet. I wound up buying it anyway because they said it was normal and 3 weeks later I still have not received the title and I keep getting the run around. I brought the bike back for them to look at because it started making a loud ticking sound when the engine was cold the day after I got it and kept getting worse. A local shop said it needed new cam chain tensioners which can cost as much as $1600. The husband
