Been coming her for almost 10 years. Lisa and her team provide great service and guarantee satisfaction. If I don't like something, they fix it immediately, although I always like the creativity both Kelly and Tina do on my nails. Would never go anywhere else. Would recommend making an appointment as they can get busy.

11/1 I went in for SNS & a pedicure & my niece got SNS. While the lady was doing my nails I told her I thought they may be too thin and she didn't respond so I thought maybe she didn't hear me so I said it again "I think these may be too thin" she says "no they are fine" I said are you sure? She swore they would be fine so I went with it. 11/4 my left index fingernail cracked so I glued it back together then a day later the right index fingernail broke & I glued it back together. I was also disappointed in my pedicure as it's supposed to be relaxing but mine didn't last long enough to be relaxing

I had given this place 5 stars in the past but lately they have not been the best. I've been going to them for about 4 years and my last visit was horrible I waited for over 2hrs just to not be served. When they put people in front of me the nail tech Kelly acted like she didnt see me sitting there. Haven't been back since april.

My daughter and I went to USA nails to get our nails done. My daughter wanted SNS they gave her gel instead. Then we asked her to slender the nails because they were too wide. As she filing them down she starts speaking in her language the only thing I understood was coffin. I looked up a picture to show her coffin and she got another attitude she lucky we gave her a tip. Could've been petty and walked out! First and last time there!!!

I am so pissed off. I went in for SNS and they gave me gel nails, if I wanted gel I would've said so. They got mad because I came back to get them to redo 2 nails before it causes nail breakage the lady no your nail broke I'm like I know my nails the top is cracked. Just went back to my regular nail tech and she said why would let them put gel on your nails I said they claim it was SNS. Don't go here if u want SNS because they don't have SNS

This has been my go to nail salon for almost nine years but I don't think I'll be going back after today. I made an appt for my daughter and myself for 1130am for nails and pedicures. I always have Kelly for my nails and Lynn for my toes. Well long story short, my appt time came and went. They began working on people who showed up after me. This was not the first time this has happened but it'll be the last time. I will never book Kelly or Lynn again. They're very nice but when you're headed a long time customer who never complains or has an attitude you should treat

Not a good nail salon for SNS. The nail tech did not use the white base powder and only used the color powder. Nails only lasted a week before they started to chip and peal. Only went here because my usual salon was closed that day. Would not recommend if you need SNS done.

Make sure to double check their prices. The employee sitting at Table 1 (didn't get her name) tried to con me out of money. I read all the posted prices & politely asked for a break down since she wanted more than what was on their price list. She made up make believe charges & became extremely angry, defensive & disrespectful.
Nancy & Tweed do a good job & are honest when it's time to pay.

The staff is very friendly,prices are great( very reasonable), they take their time!!! Nancy is the best!!!!! It's a quaint little place and very comfortable :) They don't try and push services or products on you either!! I will definitely come back!!!

Run from this place. They charge you for the most ridiculous things. They were rude, and charged extra to paint my nails 3 different colors instead of one. Literally used the same amount of polish no matter what. And to put simple little dots on my nails it was 8 dollars. I'm sorry but when I get more complicated designs at other places, it's only been 3 dollars extra, 5 at the most. When asked why my bill was so much they couldn't even tell me why and the lady who was charging me kept asking another lady about my bill (neither of them did my nails). Today june 12,2017 I went to this nail shop with my daughter for the first time and this will be my last time i had what this nail shop calls a s&s my nails look and feel awful the manager talk to me like i was dirt i explain to her i was not happy she told me not to come back and i ask for my money back and she laughed and said i took your money this is not over i will be contacting
who i need to and i will get my full refund please don't waste your money this nail shop is not clean i am in a lot of pain and nails are bleeding worst nail shop in the state of Georgia i cant believe how

My mom and I came for pedicures and me for SNS, mom for a clear polish manicure. While they are fast, I had red SNS goo on my fingers all around my nails like a 5 year old painted my nails and my mom's nails were awful. Uneven and barely any polish. We spoke to a manager who made it right but they proceeded to give us attitude as they "fixed" our nails. Not coming back.

Very nice ladies. They do SNS nails for $20. I love going here. They always have what i need. I used to go to another salon but this place is better and Cheaper. Ask for SnS because it's better for your nail bed and won't hurt when they need to be removed.
