Wanted my nails done for engagement pictures. I tried to go to Modern across the road but they were too booked up even with an appointment. I went in two hours before closing just for a manicure. The lady was rushing to get done. Constantly looking at the clock. There are air bubbles in 3 different nails. None of them are the same size. My right pinky and ring finger have a pink tint because she used to wrong dusting brush and instead of fixing it or restarting, she just triple coated them with powder. The girl I had did an excellent job. Wasn’t that long we were there and we were walk-ins , I wish I could of caught her name but her hair was long and black with blonde underneath. I love the quality, the shape, and she didn’t make a mess like everyone else does when I get SNS. I highly recommend Novo nails too anyone who wants great quality.

This was my first time at Novo Nail & Spa! I went on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty busy! I went in for a regular pedicure, manicure with gel and eyebrows! The girl who did the pedicure was pretty rough on my feet! I had a couple of my toes hurting after being handled rough! My eyebrows were waxed too thin and I didn’t like them! It’s only been 2 days and this gel has already chipped off at least 2 of my nails! This is definitely not worth $75 dollars!

I have been coming to Novo for about a year and half and I have never had a bad experience here and always left loving my nails until today. I went in to get my acrylics taken off and the nail tech completely ruined my natural nails. She was very rough, even when I would say “ow” she would continue with what she was doing. I finally decided that I did not want to get my nails done and left. I called back a few hours later and I was told “sometimes your natural nail is really soft so it might crack but I could come back in so they can put glue on to keep it down and ‘fix it’ for you”

I went in before the 4th of July so they were packed out on a weekday, but they managed to make room for me after a brief wait. I got the deluxe pedi w gel polish, and even after a week in, they still look great. Bella was sweet and efficient. I’m a dancer so I’m glad she didn’t exfoliate my feet raw. I normally do my nails at home but I may have to keep coming back because it’s so much faster for a professional to do it! *Pics are of week-old gel pedi.
