Services
The campus of Rose Linn consists of two main buildings. The first of which is called Rose Linn Care Center and offers skilled nursing services. Additionally, we offer extended care services (also known as intermediate care). This part of our campus accepts private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, and hospice payor sources.
Care options Rose Linn provides extended/skilled nursing care, memory care, and residential care. Our philosophy at Rose Linn is to build on a person's strengths. Above all, we encourage personal independence. Rose Linn's campus offers various levels of care options in one convenient setting. We are excited to offer this continuum of care, as it meets the needs of our residents at every part of their aging journey.
Vintage Place offers you peace of mind knowing your loved one is in an environment surrounded by staff who provide special memory care around-the-clock and support your loved one's interests. This is a warm and inviting place, with comfortable furnishings and tastefully decorated living, dining and activity spaces.

My mom had been at Rose Linn for many years,
They took good care of my mom and we never had
Many concerns. Until she got the Delta virus
Covid 19 in June 2021 and has since passed away.
So very sad knowing this could have been prevented
If only all employees were vaccinated and visitors
To show proof of covid shot upon entering the building. It breaks my heart having to lay my sweet mom to rest and still knowing it all could have been prevented.

Rose Linn Care Center AND Rose Linn Vintage Place do an excellent job in caring for their residents. The facilities are always seeking to provide high quality care and meaningful experiences. The leaders and care teams are friendly and warm-hearted and they facilitate excellent, well-rounded activities that are engaging and fun!
