Called and left messages and no response or reply.
Tried to email which kicked back their "Correct" Email.
Paid for an item a month ago and still nothing. No information given. Per their "shipping" all out of state buyers will have their items taken to one if two stores for shipping" I understand processing and shipping takes time but this is absolutely ridiculous and there's no excuse for a business to not try to reach back out to someone.
I will pursue this and WILL be refunded one way or another. This can be classed as a fraudulent practice.

Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. Made a $65 purchase on an online auction and The Auction Mill charged me $110 to ship this item UPS ground when the box that arrived was easily the same size as a USPS Priority Large Flat Rate Box which would have shipped for $25. Even if there was a slight chance that it took two flat rate boxes that is still only $50. I would have received the item faster and at a quarter of the price. This blatant disregard for the customer is unacceptable and the Auction Mill should be ashamed of themselves.

Having dealt with Auction Mill for a few years and have not had the best experiences with them the last auction pickup was the worst. Not only did they give the wrong address to pickup in getting to the correct address on the next time to pickup and the one time I forgot to bring my sheet on what I won I'm told that they cannot find my name on the list of buyers. As having to get to my granddaughters ball game I emailed Tom with what happened and let him know what happened and he did get back to me also telling me he cannot find my name on the list but then another email and guess what they found

Tom was absolutely a joy to work with. He was very prompt in answering all of my questions and was so helpful during the whole process. I cannot recommend him enough. He was so kind and generous during a very stressful time in my life while I was trying to liquidate my business equipment. He treated me very fairly and with compassion. Highly recommend.

Pretty disappointed in my experience with this place. The staff was either negligent in their assessment of the items they were in charge of auctioning or they deliberately auctioned items without disclosing information many would deem pertinent. I recently won two digital projectors in an auction and come to find out neither one works. In fact, one of them didn't even have a lamp/bulb inside! I understand that they are sold "as is" but there was no information given upfront to indicate that this was the case! Tom and his team were wonderful considering I had just lost my father to a sudden illness. Tom was very helpful and went out of his way to schedule a pick of the items when they were closed over the new year. Tom has a keen sense of "Servicing the Customer". Why is there no option for no stars? This place is very un organized and not ran well. Went for a gun auction and was told guns would be sold at 12:15. They did not sell until after 4pm. The people handling the guns are very un educated on gun safety. From finger on the trigger, pointing the gun in the direction of people, and not making sure the gun is safe and clear. Very scary. After making my purchases proceed to check out. After paying the transfer fees and taxes I was then charged a buyers premium. So after the sale is all said and dun expect to pay 20% more than the price you paid after

Sadly, I cannot give the Auction Mill and its owner, Tom Millie, even one star (but am forced to give at least one star in order to post this). Here's why: I contacted Mr. Millie on Nov. 11 by phone. We discussed his handling the sale of a few remaining items from my mother's estate. He mentioned including them in a January sale. The conversation went well, and my siblings and I agreed to use his services. I followed up with him by Email three times and by phone three times. NO REPLY. I stressed the need to hear from him very soon since I would need to buy a ticket to fly into Omaha to meet him

The auctions are always fun and it's a great crowd. 90%+ of all the items for sale are quality items. It's nice to go to an auction and not feel like it's just unsold garage sale items. They always have enough staff working the ring so bids don't get missed. Sometimes you have to pay up for something you really want, and sometimes you get a screaming deal on something you want. That's the nature of the auction, but it's always a fun time for both buyer and seller.
