After reading some of the earlier reviews, I think they must have changed owners or something in management. I have purchased several firearms from different auction houses, but never have I waited for nearly two months for an item, nor paid so much for the shipping on it. Participation in any future auctions here will very likely NOT happen.

I did not have a positive experience with these people, to start with we were told there would be both in person as well as on line auction. Only was on line, this was a rather large amount and variety of everything from lawn ornaments, antique tractors, to many house hold items, collectibles and many other items. During the sorting of the items at least one small antique item disappeared. Then when items were photographed many were so blurry there was no way to tell wha the items were. New photos were taken two more times because I had to show them how bad they were. When they were descending

I have to be honest; I thought that I had run into a major problem, but it was simply a minor issue that was rectified expeditiously by the owner herself. I was not expecting that kind of service or care. But it was refreshing to know that there are still business owners that are willing to jump in and fix problems, regardless of how small or large the problem may be; that is dedication, that is what everyone should expect, if there is ever a need. Actually, I have purchased many things from Auction Solutions and have never been disappointed! Great customer service, and anything that I bought that wasn't exactly what I expected was because I didn't read the description thoroughly enough. Therefore I have no one to blame but myself. I would highly recommend them if you are buying or selling!

Have dealt with this Auction company for quite a few years now. I have always found them to be very honest and open with all the auctions I have bid on. The few times I have had a issue, they were more than willing to help resolve any problems. In one instance, someone had removed a item I had purchased, even though it was my liability they offered to make it right. Yes I'm real, just purchased items from Fort Calhoun sale

I have multiple auctions that I was involved in. Most every item I have won in the auctions were exactly what I had bid on. When i have come to the sites to pick up my items the assistants have always been very helpful in making sure i knew where my items were at. In some cases someone had already taken and put all of my items in one place( that was awesome), realizing how many lots there are it must have taken a lot to do that.
I think the people who work at auction solutions are some of the nicer and professional people I have encountered with all of the auctions I have dealt with.

I am a gun dealer/FFL in Florida and I buy guns at auction quite a bit. I have dealt with every type of auction house. Auction Solutions is one of the great ones. It is made great by the owner. When I called about my 2 guns and 2 accessories I bought at an auction they ran in 2020 spoke to Mark directly. He was attentive to my concerns for handling the guns and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I will continue to participate in Auction Solution's events and I hope to buy from them again.

All of my auction transactions with the Auction Solutions Inc team have been above and beyond positive. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The one issue out of many successful transactions I had was resolved quickly by the team (item accidentally picked up by another bidder, bidder was contacted and returned item to Auction Solutions).
