Omni Physical Therapy Services is here for YOU. Our Uniondale office is located in the Omni building on Earle Ovington Blvd and we provide pain relief, healing, and injury prevention with custom treatment plans. Our staff members are dedicated, experienced, and eager to help you recover! We use sophisticated diagnostic methods, such as movement investigation and gait analysis, to help determine which services you will benefit from most.

I felt immediate relief, and, now, after a few sessions, am back to where I was just a few months ago. Thank you Sam and the Omni team! Sam focused on the symptoms and categorically told me that my symptoms were not caused by tears but muscles not engaging. I was feeling better after the first visit and after the 2nd visit fully resumed all activities.
Neck pain can cause debilitating and extremely uncomfortable sensations, especially if the pain stretches from your neck down to your shoulders. According to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), approximately one-third of the population will experience neck pain in any given year. It can get worse if left untreated, and in severe cases, surgery may even be needed.
He came up with a treatment plan and worked with me to help alleviate the pain.which he did! I could not believe it. I had been to countless doctors, none of which were able to help. I no longer suffer from the pain, and Sam has given me tools to help prevent the pain from coming back.

The staff at Omni Physical Therapy have been an absolute joy. From my first visit to my last, they were truly welcoming and made you feel very comfortable each visit. When I came to physical therapy at first I was hobbling, however the care I have received from the friendly front desk staff and the physical therapist I am finally able to walk and climb stairs with minimal effort and pain. I had severe knee pain for last 6 years, it was swollen and very hard to climb steps. A family member referred me toOmni Physical Therapy and I my knee got much much better. Sam Cyriac is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Sam works with you and cares about your progress. Sam and entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. I’ve had physical therapy many times in my life. This was my first time at Omni Physical Therapy, I was referred by my spine surgeon. Sam Cyriac and the entire staff are nothing short of amazing. My experience at Omni Physical Therapy has been amazing. I was referred to this office by my neighbor, who was extremely happy with how physical therapist, Sam Cyriac helped him heal after a surgery. I have suffered with terrible neck pain for months, which not only interfered with everyday life, but made it difficult to do my job as a teacher. Marking papers, reading, and even looking down towards my young students created pain. I am very happy to say that I have been feeling great after receiving physical therapy from Sam. Sam is fantastic and I would highly recommend him. I have had pain in right leg for over 20 years now and I have shown it to many doctors, had a surgery and it was looking like I would go for another surgery. I happened to be in NY and a friend strongly recommended I see Sam. I am so glad I did. He was able to hone in on the source of the problem and over a 3-day period did simple physio that almost immediately provided some relief His diagnosis also explained all my symptoms; something I've struggled with the doctors who would diagnose one aspect but could not explain all of it. Staff is very jovial warm and makes me feel welcome.
I came with a torn meniscus and left with a restored one. I had so much pain I could not bend my rt knee without getting that sharp pain. I could not squat due to excruciated pain now I can go as low as I want to.
Thank you Sam and staff and the two students you are great .

Sam is a very knowledgeable, competent and caring physical therapist. He really works with you to meet your goals and cares about your progress. He helped me to be more functional and reduced my pain within a couple of weeks when no other therapist I saw was able to do so. I'm so glad I found him and would recommend him without reservation. His office staff is also very friendly.
