Physical Therapy Options, PC is dedicated to caring for our community since 2004. Our integrated approach means that we work not only on your injuries, but also toward the larger goal of a healthy, balanced life for every person we provide physical therapy for. We are a local physical therapy office owned and operated by a New York State licensed physical therapist.

It is our pleasure to work with you and help you meet your physical therapy goals. Dr. Lisa Coors, DPT, PT of Physical Therapy Options, is pleased to offer a scholarship in the amount of $300 to graduating high school students with an interest in pursuing a healthcare career such as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physician, Registered Nurse, etc. Physical Therapy Options has gladly served the Garden City and surrounding areas for over 10 years.
Services
We are a private, out-patient physical therapy practice located in the heart of Garden City, treating all kinds of sports injuries, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. We focus on adult and pediatric populations. We work hard to get you back to your regular activities as quickly and safely as possible.
We utilize manual therapy techniques, which are done one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. When many of our patients arrive, they are nervous, apprehensive and in pain. At Physical Therapy Options, we want our patients to feel comfortable and welcome. We accomplish this with caring, compassion and enthusiasm.
Words can't express all of my appreciation regarding your extraordinary care, time and effort extended to me since January. My left hand and wrist were in such bad shape and you brought me back to wellness and function again. Thank you so very much with my heart. Expect Confidentiality - you have the right to talk in confidence with your physical therapist and to have your health care information protected.
Manual therapy is a hands-on intervention that our NYS licensed physical therapist provides one-on-one. The physical therapist will assess joint mobility and muscle strength to the injured joint. Other techniques may be used including massage, stretching and deep pressure. Combined, this approach will increase mobility and normal movement patterns.
At Physical Therapy Options we know that childhood injuries are different from those of adults. Thanks to our experience and training, we are able to offer pediatric services to meet the needs of growing children. We also provide physical therapy for children in CPSE and CSC who have Gross Motor Delays.

My baby needed physical therapy and Lisa came highly recommended from some women in my neighborhood. I can see why they recommended her now! She was absolutely wonderful with my baby and we were very happy with the final results (baby had torticolis). In addition to the stretches and strength building she did in the clinic, she often gave me things to focus on at home in between visits. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Broke my ankle and had surgery with plates and pins in July, just completed my final PT session and feel great. Lisa and her lovely staff give personal one on one service, they are punctual and spotlessly clean, highly recommend.

Seven months ago I was devastated, I broke a bone in two places in my lower leg and tore a ligament in my ankle. I had surgery two days after the injury and had a plate and screws inserted along with arthroscopic surgery to repair the torn ligament.
PT Options was recommended as a rehabilitation facility to begin my rehabilitation six weeks post surgery. Today I am not only walking without pain, I am running and back to 100% pre-surgery status.
I would highly recommend Lisa Coors and her team at PT Options, they gave me back full range of motion and uninhibited use of my ankle. They were extremely

Very poor experience.
sessions for my child started 20 minutes late.
therapist seeing my child never read the chart; she actually admitted she didn't read the chart and asked me what the plan was; ridiculous.
the same thing happened to a colleague of mine who took her child there.
space is tiny, there are PT students not being supervised properly. The therapists themselves are often not supervising and looking off somewhere else or having conversations while treating patients.
to top it off they were upset my child wouldn't go alone (without me) with the therapist; even a child knew when they

For the physical therapy it's a good place. But not enough staff to watch over each person at 100%. Meaning they don't pay attention to you when you're there for your treatment a hundred percent they look at other people and do other things at the same time. But it is good

Awesome experience, my team is specialists. Months ago I crushed my foot in a work injury, and never thought I was going to walk again. I am so happy I found Physical Therapy Options. Lisa is amazing, she took extra special care of my foot and now I can walk. I really enjoy going there the days I go, it's a very nice place. Soon my foot should be healed and I will be discharged, but I just might get hurt again so I can come back hahah (no more injuries) excellent place for not just for The physical therapy, but the amazing personalitys of the people that work there.

Very punctual and attentive office. I've broken my ankle twice in the past and it continues to bother me but with help from the PTs here the pain has decreased and a see more mobility in my ankle.
